I am writing to request disclosure of all documentation submitted by the supplier in relation to any application for a warrant affecting my property.
In particular, I seek the following documents:

1. The 2 Statutory Notices for both has and electric warrants

2. The Notice of Hearings for both gas and electric warrants

3. The CSV files submitted by the supplier to the court containing the relevant data in support of the application for both gas and electric warrants

4. All separate CSV files submitted for different purposes (e.g. installation of a pre-payment meter, disconnection, alleged tampering or safety concerns); as no Notice of hearing received; If served please provide for both gas and electric warrants

5. The 2 accompanying written Information file (sworn on oath) for each case, as required to be filed by the court officer, no notice of hearing sent.

6. The Warrants of Entry for both gas and electric warrants granted.

2. Then Posted it Special Delivery to the Court:

- The receipt.
- With Certificate of Service N215

3. Sent the Served Copy by Email:
BOTH Accepted Service on Saturday

The Judge
“Did You receive this document dated 2nd July 2025”
Me:
“Yes after 1pm on Friday 4th July”
The Judge:
“You can’t serve on Saturday”
Me:
“They accepted service”

(Octopus emailed on 2 July with a completely different file, I included that in my exhibits.. just in case she said I was served by email.)
