Received: Octopus Disclosure by Special Delivery on Fri 4 July 2025:
Responded: Special Delivery on Sat 5 July 2025 before 1pm:
1. Posted the bundle to octopus by special delivery took a photograph of the
- Envelope and
- The receipt.
- With Certificate of Service N215
2. Then Posted it Special Delivery to the Court:
- With Photo of Envelope and
- The receipt.
- With Certificate of Service N215
3. Sent the Served Copy by Email:
BOTH Accepted Service on Saturday
The Judge
“Did You receive this document dated 2nd July 2025”
Me:
“Yes after 1pm on Friday 4th July”
The Judge:
“You can’t serve on Saturday”
Me:
“They accepted service”
