MOSCOW, October 15 - RIA Novosti. Two citizens of one of the CIS countries committed a terrorist attack at the training ground of the Western Military District in the Belgorod Region, the Ministry of Defense reports.
"On October 15, two citizens of one of the CIS countries committed a terrorist act at the training ground of the Western Military District in the Belgorod Region," the statement said.

It is specified that the incident occurred during fire training with volunteers wishing to participate in a special military operation in Ukraine. The attackers opened fire from small arms on the personnel of one of the units.
During the attack, 11 people were killed, another 15 were taken to a medical facility with injuries of varying severity.
The terrorists were eliminated by return fire. Law enforcement officers are on the scene.

Musk says he will continue to fund Starlink's work in Ukraine

"To hell with it... Although Starlink is still losing money and other companies are getting billions of dollars from taxpayers, we will continue to fund the Ukrainian government for free," he wrote.
On Friday, the billionaire said SpaceX could no longer pay for Starlink's service in Ukraine. Earlier, the American media, citing documents, wrote that SpaceX was asking the Pentagon to cover the costs. To date, about 20,000 Starlink terminals have been transferred to Ukraine.
