🔻Early in the morning, after a short artillery preparation, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the help of two battalion-tactical groups of the 60th infantry and armoured vehicles of the 17th tank brigades, with the support of mobile groups of the 140th regiment of the MTR of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, made an unsuccessful attempt to attack from Novaya Kamenka to the Dudchany-Mylovoe-Novogrigorovka line.
▪️ From the side of Davydov Brod, the Ukrainian command did not take offensive actions.
▪️The largest losses in manpower were suffered by units of the 140th regiment of the MTR of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which conducted reconnaissance in combat of the positions of the RF Armed Forces and were the first to enter the battle.
▪️Motorized infantry and enemy tanks following in the second echelon came under concentrated fire from Giacint-B guns and Smerch MLRS.
▪️At the same time, the air defence positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of Zeleny Guy, Novogrednevo and Murakhovka were attacked by Geran-2 and Lancet drones.
▪️After the suppression of the air defence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a series of air strikes were inflicted on enemy units that suffered losses from artillery fire.
▪️The surviving fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine fled across the fields in different directions from the places of fire destruction of columns of Ukrainian equipment. Mobile infantry groups of the RF Armed Forces are clearing the forest belts near the damaged and abandoned equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
▪️The Su-25 and Su-34 attack aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces continued to work on clusters of equipment and starting positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The attack cost the Armed Forces of Ukraine at least 120 people killed. At least 20 YPR-765PRI and BMP-2 armoured vehicles were destroyed, as well as at least 5 T-64BV tanks.

Peaceful means first choice to resolve Taiwan question; provocations of external forces, separatists from island damage prospect - states Chinese official
To realize national reunification through peaceful means is our first choice to resolve the Taiwan question while non-peaceful means will remain the last resort to guard against external interference and separatist activities, Sun Yeli, spokesperson for the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), said at a press conference on Saturday.
In responding to questions on how the Chinese mainland evaluated the peaceful and non-peaceful reunification with the island of Taiwan, Sun said that "We are willing to continue working with the greatest sincerity and exerting our utmost efforts to achieve peaceful reunification."
In not promising to renounce the use of force, we are in no way targeting our Taiwan compatriots, but rather foreign interference and an extremely small number of "Taiwan independence" elements and their separatist activities, Sun said, adding that the goal is to advance the process of China's peaceful reunification.
Sun said that peaceful reunification and "one country, two systems" are our basic principles for resolving the Taiwan question. Peaceful reunification fits the interests of all Chinese people, including our compatriots in Taiwan and is beneficial to the long-term development of China. It is our first choice to resolve the Taiwan question, Sun said.
Sun urged compatriots across the Taiwan Straits to join hands to resolutely oppose "Taiwan independence" forces and foreign interference, and to open up bright prospects for the peaceful reunification.
