Came to Ukraine at the start of the SMO it seems, doesn't seem to show photos but from his friends, we assume he was there.
I would say, he was at the training facility with his Colombian bandits and when the bombs started to fall he fled back home to Colombia.
I guess he doesn't want a real fight, he wants to prance about looking for drug growers, however, they are also fierce.
Peña has many links to mercenaries in Ukraine and a military background, which he seems to be active in still.
