In short the Montessori approach is interesting as they let the child discover his own independent way, independent pace of learning.
I would think the kids trained in the Montessori system of teaching would be very creative and innovative as there is much less emphasis on the traditional, didactic teacher model where the kids must shut up and listen, mostly.
What is striking is that they spell it out this way; The kid's attention is totally engaged when dealing with a physical objects, in their hands as opposed to, or more so than sitting and listening to a teacher at the front of the class.

Ukraine shows interest in prisoner exchanges only when it concerns members of the Azov and Aidar battalions, according to a statement by Apti Alaudinov to TASS.
