Ukraine shows interest in prisoner exchanges only when it concerns members of the Azov and Aidar battalions, according to a statement by Apti Alaudinov to TASS.
The commander of Russia’s "Akhmat" special forces noted that some prisoners have been held for over three years, yet Kiev shows no concern for their fate unless they belong to these nationalist units.
