Rand Paul To Introduce Bill Lifting Federal Airplane Mask Mandate
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) says that he plans to introduce legislation to nix the public transportation mask mandate that requires most passengers to wear face coverings when traveling on planes.
The story: Paul announced the bill on Twitter on Thursday. The Kentucky Republicans wrote that he intends to introduce a bill that would tackle the federal mask mandate for travelers on airplanes. He called it “a farce.”
“When the Senate returns to session, I will be introducing an immediate repeal of the mask mandate on planes. Enough! Time to stop this farce and let people travel in peace!” Paul tweeted.
https://twitter.com/RandPaul/status/1413152660191014919
The rules: The Transport Security Administration (TSA) currently mandates that all travelers on airplanes wear masks at all times, except when eating or drinking. There are exceptions for children under the age of two and people who have a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a face covering.
The current TSA mandate is set to remain in place until Sep. 13. It’s part of President Joe Biden’s executive order, which was signed on his first day in office, that requires face coverings on all public transportation, including airports and airplanes.
Worth noting: Paul has been a vocal critic of many of the pandemic-related restrictions introduced aimed at preventing the coronavirus from spreading. He has argued that people who have been fully vaccinated or those who have already contracted and recovered the virus should not be asked to wear masks.
The Center for Disease and Control says that fully vaccinated people do not have to wear face coverings in most situations.
Paul announced in May this year that he won’t be getting the COVID-19 vaccine because he recovered from the virus back in March 2020. Officials continue to maintain that everyone should get vaccinated, regardless of their history with the virus.
He also recently condemned the White House for its door-to-door vaccination strategy that’s meant to encourage people to receive a COVID-19 jab.
“The gov’t doesn’t decide who gets vaccinated. You do,” Paul tweeted.

New Evidence Indicates Enough Illegal Votes in Georgia to Tip 2020 Results: Report
A new report claims that a number of illegal votes were discovered in Georgia, that if they continue to rise they could tip the 2020 election results.
The Federalist reports that shortly after the November election, the president of Data Productions Inc. who is described as an expert in voting data analytics, Mark Davis, obtained data from the National Change of Address (NCOA) database identifying Georgia residents who confirmed that the US Postal Service.
“After excluding moves with effective dates within 30 days of the general election, and by using data available from the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, Davis identified nearly 35,000 Georgia voters who indicated they had moved from one Georgia county to another, but then voted in the 2020 general election in the county from which they had moved,” The Federalist reported.
Davis explained that under Georgia law temporary relocations do not alter a citizen’s residency status or render their votes as inadmissible, however, as the Federalist points out, the margins are putting Biden and Trump’s results under scrutiny.
“Approximately one-third of the votes at issue could have altered the outcome of the election,” The Federalist alleges. “Yet the media, the courts, and the Secretary of State’s Office ignored or downplayed the issue.”
According to The Federalist:
“It was disconcerting to see the media and the courts largely ignore serious issues like these, especially since the data I was seeing showed very legitimate issues,” Davis said. “In fact, I heard members of the Secretary of State’s team admit some votes were cast with residency issues, but then claimed there weren’t enough of them to cast the outcome of the election in doubt,” Davis added. “That was not at all what I was seeing, and as far as I am aware the Secretary of State’s Office has never put an actual number on the ones they did see.”
While frustrated, Davis told me that he never stopped working on these issues. “In May I received an updated voter database from the Secretary of State’s office, and I imported the data and compared voter’s addresses to the NCOA information I processed in November.”
The Federalist reports that Davis ran the data and found that approximately 35,000 Georgians who said they had moved from one county to another more than 30 days before November, over 10,300 updated their voter registration information.
The analyst found that those same individuals also cast ballots in the country where they resided before the election.
“That number continues to increase every day as more and more people update their registrations,” Davis said. “I have little doubt that the total number will eventually meet and then exceed President Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia.” Davis, who has testified as an expert witness multiple times in disputed election cases, believes Trump might have won a challenge to the Georgia election results had a court actually heard his case.
“Under Georgia law, a judge can order an election be redone if he or she sees there were enough illegal, irregular, or improperly rejected votes to cast the results of the election in doubt, or if they see evidence of ‘systemic irregularities,’” Davis said.
“These issues were absolutely systemic,” Davis added, noting “they occurred in every county in the state, in every state house, state senate, and in every congressional district in the state.”

House Republicans announced an agenda aimed at limiting the influence of major technology companies (Twitter, Google, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).
Big Tech antitrust regulation involves expedited antitrust lawsuit procedures, increased transparency of content moderation decisions, and Section 230 liability protection reforms.
"Big technology has haunted conservatives for too long," wrote Ohio Representative Jim Jordan, who is at the helm of the campaign. "The House Republican judiciary is tired."
The agenda seeks to encourage legal challenges to big tech by requiring expedited antitrust cases against big tech companies to be heard at the trial court level. The proposal would also allow appeals to the Supreme Court and allow state attorneys general to expedite cases.

State by State Election Roundup
▪️In Arizona, the state Senate is conducting a forensic audit of Maricopa county's November election. Currently, the audit is looking at presidential and senate races, but it could be expanded to other races. Results are expected later this summer.
▪️The Pennsylvania senate just began an election audit of three counties: Tioga, York and Philadelphia. State officials are already erecting roadblocks to hamper the audit.
▪️The Wisconsin state senate has commissioned an investigation of the election, hiring 3 retired law enforcement officers to look into thousands of complaints and tips received since November. (This investigation is not an audit.)
▪️In Michigan, Matt DePerno is uncovering election fraud through a lawsuit filed in Antrim county. Most state officials are fighting calls for an audit.
▪️In Georgia, private citizens have filed lawsuits in several counties and are working to uncover enough fraud to compel state officials to authorize an audit.
▪️In Washington, state Rep Robert Sutherland is scheduling public hearings to gather evidence of election irregulatities.
▪️In New Hampshire, the town of Windham conducted an audit but there has been no interest by state officials in authorizing a larger one.
