An Empath must take time to slow their pace, let their hair down, and recharge their energy. This is not a luxury but a necessity for the Empath, even if they simply recharge by taking a shower or a warm bath. Drinking warm tea, spending time near water, using a humidifier, walking on the beach....all help bring the Empath back to themselves.
