An Empath must take time to slow their pace, let their hair down, and recharge their energy. This is not a luxury but a necessity for the Empath, even if they simply recharge by taking a shower or a warm bath. The Universe is ALWAYS working for our highest good. Even when we can’t see it. Even when we think all has gone “wrong”. It’s when things go “wrong” that we are the most motivated to learn and to grow.

This is when we level-up.

If all was “good” all the time, we would never budge from our comfort zones. We might like to think we would, but is that really true? Probably not.

Always approach EVERYTHING in gratitude trusting that it is all conspiring towards your highest good and most beautiful confluence of events. This is easier said than done, but as soon as we start doing it in earnest, the pieces start to come together. It gets easier and easier.
