What you’ve been taught dictates what you believe will happen in any given circumstance.

When you drop a pen, you believe it will fall, because that’s what it has always done.

When you boil water, you believe it will take a certain amount of time to reach temperature.

When you cut yourself, you believe it will hurt.

Etc, etc.

But what most of us don’t realize is that we are creating that experience in that moment. It’s a new moment and yet we treat it as if it were a repeat of the others.
We create what we believe.
The trick is getting at our beliefs. The thoughts behind our thoughts.

This is the truth.
Maybe you’re ready to hear it, maybe you’re not, but it’s true nonetheless.

Pretty soon, you’re going to figure out that the only being you need to convince of anything…is you.

That’s when things really start to get interesting.

What you Believe…IS.

The clincher is, what EXACTLY do you Believe?

It’s not just a matter of telling yourself something. It’s not even about knowledge of information (although that helps). It’s about your Deep Innerstanding of what is possible.

You can know all day long that monks in Tibet are able to levitate or that it’s possible to move things with your mind. You can understand with your brain that you are limitless. But how do you get at what you actually believe about what you can do?

This is why your conditioning is so effective and so complete.
For you to actually Believe that you can float, fly or manipulate matter you have to unravel ALL of the millions of times you’ve witnessed and proven to yourself that those things are not possible. The entire world around you LIMITS YOU by teaching you what to think and what to perceive. The things that don’t fit that paradigm are automatically filtered out…by you.

See, it’s not that easy to undo the conditioning. You can know about it, but it takes time and NEW, CREATIVE EXPERIENCES to begin to undo it. It helps to observe other people breaking boundaries. It helps to understand that you’ve been tricked and caged. But you STILL have to get at those underlying Beliefs. The thought behind the thought, behind the thought.

You have so much more than you know.

Pssst - you can do all kinds of shit you never thought possible.
And because that’s what you thought…. Well, you couldn’t.

Change your beliefs, and you literally change what IS. You are bound by your mind. Nothing else. And don’t tell me about laws of physics, gravity, blah blah blah.
Those things affect you because you BELIEVE in them.
It’s all an illusion. A very convincing one, but an illusion nonetheless.

Please do not go jump off your roof, though. Mmmkay?
Why? Because changing your beliefs is not as simple as just thinking something different. You have dig Deeeeep and undo the fuckery that has been done to your mind.

Why the hell do you think I keep reminding everyone to pay attention to what you think and believe and where you place your energy and intention?

This is not a game.
[They] know that.
Do you???

Pray without ceasing. Because God is everywhere, in all things, and around all things.
There is nowhere and nothing that God is not.

When you understand this, when you take this knowing into yourself, you see that Everything is a Prayer.
