You continue to do as you are guided by your intuition and your Soul by taking care of yourself and allowing yourself time to rest, to learn, to connect with Spirit in a comfortable LOVING way. You seek the Light by earnestly desiring it in your heart. You just let it happen as you HEAL. This takes time and most of us are very impatient. We don't see immediate progress and we go right back to our old ways of doing things. But Healing is the process by which you undo your conditioning, you release your trauma and you let your Ego take a long walk off a short pier. And WHEN you do this, you will come to a point where you WANT to do the next thing. You WANT to meditate longer. You WANT to fast. You WANT to run. You WANT to do pushups, or yoga, or whatever it is that calls to you. And you WILL want to! That’s the magic.

When it’s time, the outdoors will call to you and you will run easily. Or you will happily fast, or meditate etc, etc. It will feel GOOD. It will in no way be a punishment of your body or an attempt to fix something. It will just be a celebration of who you are and what you can do. It will be EASY and it will make you feel HAPPY.

This is a true manifestation of following your feelings and not your mind.
Not your conditioning.
Not this fucked up world we find ourselves in.
And as you do this in a way that is rooted in Love and Abundance, you will be continuing to do the work of bringing higher frequencies here to this plane. You will be helping more than just yourself. You will be in service to humanity.

Stop beating up the Son of God.
Stop being mean to yourself.
Stop labeling and judging.
You are perfect just as you are - no matter what you look like or how much you weigh or what your day to day life looks like from the outside.
Creation does not make any mistakes, EVER.

Turn inward.

Now is the time to question your reality, your belief systems and your ideas about what is possible.
It’s time to step up your game.

I’ll tell you this, anything is possible. It all depends on what you Believe. Deep down. You can’t fake it because you can’t fake a frequency. So do whatever you need to do to convince YOURSELF that you can do, be or have whatever it is you seek. Do what you need to do to open your heart and bring it into alignment with your Mind.

Maybe you need rituals, crystals, mantras or songs. Maybe you need a tub of water and to be told you’re “born again”. Maybe you need to understand it on a scientific level. Maybe you need to read up on quantum physics. Maybe you need to commune with Nature. Or maybe you just need to remember what you knew as a child.

Whatever it is, do it. Whatever connects you to Spirit, embrace that. And while you do, respect that other people have other practices that work for them.

Don’t judge.

You don’t have the monopoly on the ways of the Universe. I don’t care what they told you, there are many ways to connect with God. In your Heart, you know this.
Stop arguing about who is right.
You’re ALL right.
Now hold hands and go fix the world.
