Your body is a manifestation of your Inner State. Period.
This is why diets and plastic surgery and even most self-help programs do not work. Not in the long run. You can attempt to change yourself through application of many types of force. But it will not last if your Inner Being is not healed. And when your Inner Being is healed, the outer changes all by itself.

Now is the time to question your reality, your belief systems and your ideas about what is possible.
It’s time to step up your game.
I’ll tell you this, anything is possible. It all depends on what you Believe. Deep down. You can’t fake it because you can’t fake a frequency. So do whatever you need to do to convince YOURSELF that you can do, be or have whatever it is you seek. Do what you need to do to open your heart and bring it into alignment with your Mind.
Maybe you need rituals, crystals, mantras or songs. Maybe you need a tub of water and to be told you’re “born again”. Maybe you need to understand it on a scientific level. Maybe you need to read up on quantum physics. Maybe you need to commune with Nature. Or maybe you just need to remember what you knew as a child.
Whatever it is, do it. Whatever connects you to Spirit, embrace that. And while you do, respect that other people have other practices that work for them.
Don’t judge.
You don’t have the monopoly on the ways of the Universe. I don’t care what they told you, there are many ways to connect with God. In your Heart, you know this.
Stop arguing about who is right.
You’re ALL right.
Now hold hands and go fix the world.

A healed person is not a “perfect”person.
A healed person just loves and accepts what IS without judgement. A healed person has looked at all the wounds, scars and blemishes and kissed them. Not to make them go away, but to tell them that it’s ok to stay. And in doing so, they lose all their power. They become cherished and beautiful in their own right.
Perfection is an illusion, not because it’s unattainable, but because you are already perfect…despite all the things you think are wrong with you.
There is nothing wrong with you.
You are not broken.
You are not bad.
You are Human.
And Creation does not make mistakes.

I actually take this☝️very seriously. We all need to be aware of what we ingest. Even if you are just scrolling through headlines and not really reading them, your subconscious mind is still picking ALL of that up. Especially if it contains keywords, symbols or other subliminal messaging.
Your subconscious mind works as a receptor of all input — whether you are actively aware of it or not. This is actually what has been used against us all for ages. We had no idea that symbols and sigils were being used to impress themselves and their meanings into our minds…but they were.
When you heard CNN in the background at the airport - you were being influenced. When you heard advertisements at the grocery store or in the mall. When you saw billboards that you didn’t notice consciously, they still made an impression, when you walked past the newsstands with headlines splattered all over the place, etc etc.
Once you see the spells being cast you can counter them through choice. But you have to be AWARE.
Guard your Mind. Especially your Subconscious Mind.
I’m not telling you to be afraid. I’m telling you to stay Conscious.
