Imagine you're on a hot air balloon and as you release sand bag after sand bag, you are releasing more things, people and circumstances in your life that no longer enable you to thrive in your fully authentic self.
As you release those things, your soul becomes lighter. The past versions of yourself merge into one. You're left with just you now. A complete, whole, authentic you.
