You may experience yourself waking up at 5 AM and you may even tell people that you woke up at 5 AM, but you did not. What happened at 5 AM is that you fell asleep and you entered into the dream world that you call your life. In dreams, the dreamer creates the experience from within as a projection of whatever energy and perception that is occurring, both consciously and unconsciously. It is dreaming oneself into a play with a stage of unlimited props, used to create whatever experience the soul desires, a physical matrix if you will. No event in the dream world has any meaning except for the meaning that you give it. The props are simply dense energy collapsing into physical objects, including the physical body, and are manipulated by the mind via consciousness. The brain is the interface that allows consciousness to perceive itself in a physical world to operate therein, like a computer operating system. Truth be told, the matrix is made up of sacred geometrical codes that the brain translate into physical reality. Matter is simply energy vibrating at a lower level.

When sleeping, our consciousness resides outside of the physical body and we intuitively understand that we, the dreamers, are experiencing our own projection. In a three dimensional dream reality every object, including people, function as a reflection of who WE are, not who they are; a house of mirrors. It is always so as long as our mind is connected to this level of reality. When our consciousness rises above 3D, we move away from everything being a reflection and more into unity consciousness. We are the One having an experience of separation and individuation. Here, I am aware that whatever I do to you, I do to myself. It is a reflection of the Law of One and the Law of Love governs it, and here the illusion of separation is healed. Everything we experience is meant to bring us back to love, including the drama and trauma we create with the people we encounter.

The goal of the dream reality is to wake up or become lucid within the dream. In that very moment of intense clarity we realize we are dreaming and there is instant understanding that we are creating the dream ourselves. It is not happening to us, it is happening through us. This is a powerful moment some people call enlightenment. There is an instant realization that we are the creator of all we are experiencing and we can change our reality instantly by changing our minds. Victimization is an illusion, but a powerful one that, once healed, allows us a return to the love of self and others.

Waking up is not easy because the sleep that allows us to dream ourselves here is very powerful. For me, there are times I realize I am creating my dream life and I become lucid and take back my power as a Creator being. Other times, I remain asleep and it seems as if life is happening to me. In my unconsciousness, I am able to act outside of my true nature and I can trample all over people in my path. I have to wake myself up several times a day to understand and heal from my own creations and it a continuous choice.

The path to becoming lucid is through self discovery and understanding of who we really are as powerful creator beings of love and light. Darkness exists to reflect your light back to you and for no other purpose I know of. You are light and you can never be anything but light, you can only have the illusion of it's opposites. Some entities, however, can live in the darkness for eons. When you are nothing but love and light, you cannot have the experience of being so without the darkness to reflect it to you. Perhaps there are dimensional realities that operate outside this perspective, but I am unable to perceive nor understand them in my current density.
