I would love to wrap this up with a little package of suggestions, but the truth is one must find their own way through the dream maze. For me, the first step is to recognize the dream and wake up in it. You are already a perfect light being so there is no way to become that through effort and change. Don't waste your energy trying to become that which you already are. Use your energy to recognize how beautiful you are and return to yourself by releasing all that isn't you; guilt, shame, judgment, anger, hatred, despair and so forth. It is the easiest path and yet the most illusive. Fortunately, we have an eternity to work it out.
