Some of you probably may know that I reckon Tolkien’s Mythos, particularly The Lord of The Rings, shows us how our own Great War would/ will play out 🎭.
‘The Scourging of The Shire’ is a crucial aspect to the finale of the myth and perhaps this is why it was left out of The Return of The King: so as not to spoil our own myth’s endingbeginning.
I believe it is showing us what happens when The Hobbits begin to awake en masse, and it is no longer just a few who face the dark consciously.
Barad-Dûr’s destruction would not be known by the vast majority of Middle Earth for some time. For the naive and (largely) innocent Hobbits - I’m looking at you, Lobelia! 🙄- evil did not come to their home until the last months of The War of The Ring.
Only when “Sharkey” (🧙🏼♂️) and his hoods arrive, taking residence in The Shire and doing all manner of dark deeds… Only then would the pain of ignorance demand that Truth is re-cognised as a more important principle than comfort; though slavery is never very comfortable.
When Merry and Pippin, now Lords of Rohan and Gondor respectively, arrive home, it is their duty to deliver the news of a potential Salvation at hand: The King (Christ consciousness) has returned. However nothing gets better, no true healing occurs until The Hobbits clear out the Enemy within their borders. [Again this implies both an inner purge as well as an outer, poly.tick.all one].
“What can we [mere Hobbits] do about it?” was a common (almost inevitable) response to me prattling on about The Conspiracy, in the days when I was more outspoken in “normal” circles.
Well, Tolkien tells us in LOTR - a myth revealed to him, not something he claimed to create himself - The Shire does rise. It takes both heed and comfort from Merry and Pippin, Mr Frodo and Samwise, and the message they brought back from “foreign parts”.
We can heed the knowing that the pain and discomfort we are experiencing will not just abdicate of its own volition. We must do the work. For the call to arms and to secure the Nation isn’t really coming from any external source. This is an inner drive, one reflected in our “outer” mirror, that we have all been urged to follow: to develop a greater consciousness of the nature of Evil.
Look at the now overt and egregious display of power and Control, especially since the Clown show began (in earnest at least) in 2020. lLook around you at the news; Sharkey and his ruffians leer at us from every major Medea outlet…
“You can’t tell [Hobbits] you must show them” - Q
And you must show them slowly, over a longer period of time, so that they begin to question of their own volition.
“Follow the White Rabbit” -
[The] Trinity
Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin, bring their folk the knowing that their pain will not go away until it is faced consciously.
Rallying The Shire and evacuating the parasites (not the same as being rescued from a building 💩) is not such a daunting task when the strangely familiar Lords bring comfort and en-courag(e)-ment(e). There is now true (Natural Lore &) Authority in Middle Earth.
However, whilst they have the support and indeed the love of the King, the danger is at hand and there is much work to be done throughout Middle Earth. No man at present can be spared to fulfil the duty that is The Shire’s own.
No hands can now be idle, the Lords say.
“Awake! Fear! Fire! Foes! AWAKE!"

I know that as we awaken, holidays / holydays take on different meaning for us and it can be hard to make that adjustment. If anyone is struggling with the concept of “Christmas” this year, or if it just feels overwhelming to you, you’re not alone and you’re welcome to reach out here.
I know that for my own part, I had to go through a grieving process of the things I once enjoyed about holidays- this one in particular- and although I’ve found a new relationship to all of it, I certainly remember being in a pit of despair over it at one point.
I don’t know what stories people have been exposed to, or what you’re working through right now. It’s different for all of us I think. But I do know that however you feel is OK, and serves a purpose.
My best advice is as it always is: Follow the Resonance.

I know that as we awaken, holidays / holydays take on different meaning for us and it can be hard to make that adjustment. If anyone is struggling with the concept of “Christmas” this year, or if it just feels overwhelming to you, you’re not alone and you’re welcome to reach out here.
I know that for my own part, I had to go through a grieving process of the things I once enjoyed about holidays- this one in particular- and although I’ve found a new relationship to all of it, I certainly remember being in a pit of despair over it at one point.
I don’t know what stories people have been exposed to, or what you’re working through right now. It’s different for all of us I think. But I do know that however you feel is OK, and serves a purpose.
My best advice is as it always is: Follow the Resonance.

For anyone looking to celebrate the 12 Days of Yule, they begin on December 20th with Mothers Night and carry on through to the first of the new year with Yule Night.
For me, honoring these ancient traditions rooted in the Natural Cycles of our Earth and the turning of the Wheel feel much more like Home to me than the commercializedChristmasmayhem that seems to pervade society. I’ll be sharing some things that Resonate for me this year as we go.
