Some powerhouses for helping to do that…
Vitamin C - high doses but spread out throughout the day. I tend to take 1000 mg every few hours. Liposomal is the best, but can get expensive (If you really want to load up do a vitamin C flush)
Quercetin - this is a flavonoid found in other medicinals as well. You may have St John’s Wort, Ginko or Sambucus canadensis (Elderberry syrup) on hand even if you don’t have a bottle of quercetin. Red onions, shallots, apples, grapes and cherries are high in this and apparently capers have the most!
NAC / N-Acetylcysteine-- amino acid that acts as a powerful antioxidant and boosts glutathione.
Zinc - helps to shorten an illness once it hits.
Vitamin D - best source is sunlight. If you can’t get that, Bio-D-Mulsion by Biotics Research is my favorite.
Grapefruit Seed Extract - available in several forms from Nutribiotic. I have used all of these with great success: capsules, liquid that can be mixed into water or juice - can also be used topically, nasal spray, throat spray.
Oregano oil - excellent natural antibiotic and antifungal. I like ADP by BioticsResearch.

Okay folks when Captain Kyle and I have Q&As, one of the most asked questions are people trying to understand Quantum and Ascension.

I'm not going to be constantly battling the negativity in these comments nor is it fair to expect our admins to. I'm trying to help people understand more about this subject. These videos are giving people a very good understanding of where we are heading. This has nothing to do with going against God.
