The comment period for rulemaking just closed on proposed new regulations that would treat 'hormone therapy' and 'sex reassignment surgery' as 'medically necessary.'

WASHINGTON, D.C. (LifeSiteNews) — The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) wants all health insurance plans to cover “medically necessary gender-affirming care” for gender dysphoric individuals.
“Sex reassignment surgery” and “hormone therapy” would both be considered necessary procedures under proposed new regulations. The HHS published the rule on January 5 and the comment period ended January 27, a relatively short window for feedback. The time to comment is generally 30 to 60 days, though the Biden administration has previously ignored standard rulemaking procedure.
The new regulation attempts to justify the requirements by labeling the exclusion of those procedures as discriminatory.
“A health plan design … is presumed to be discriminatory if it limits coverage of an [essential health benefit] based on gender identity in treating gender dysphoria when clinical evidence demonstrates that such coverage is medically necessary to provide gender-affirming care,” one portion of the regulations say. “For example, excluding coverage of medically necessary hormone therapy for treatment of gender dysphoria where hormone therapy is otherwise a covered EHB is presumptively discriminatory.”
Scholars with the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPCC) submitted a lengthy document detailing the problems with the proposed rule.
“The rule as proposed is arbitrary and capricious, is without legal support, contradicts longstanding scientific understandings of the human person, attempts to evade court injunctions, promotes harm to patients (especially minors), tramples religious freedom, and places ideology ahead of sound medicine,” the comment letter said.
The rule, while claiming to rely on best practices and the prevailing medical wisdom, ignores basic scientific questions, the EPPC said.
“It is arbitrary and capricious for the proposed rule to avoid specifying precisely what sex in medicine and science means and how it relates to medical necessity with respect to gender dysphoria treatments,” the scholars, including Ryan T. Anderson and former HHS Office for Civil Rights director Roger Severino, wrote in their letter. “The concept of gender dysphoria is meaningless without sex, just as transgender transition as a proposed medical solution is meaningless. What would a person be transitioning to and from exactly?”
“If the agency cannot answer such a basic question with any semblance of scientific and medical rigor, it has no basis to mandate coverage of such ‘transition’ treatments and procedures in any context, and certainly not as an essential health benefit,” the signers said.
The HHS would ignore science and logic if it formalized its requirement for the coverage of “transition” treatments, the EPPC said.
“Sex as a status — male or female — is a recognition of the organization of a body designed for dimorphic sexual reproduction,” the center’s letter said. “More than simply being identified on the basis of such organization, sex is a coherent concept only on the basis of that organization.”

We are delighted to note that the Department of Health have formally confirmed, through their solicitors, that their Covid-19 vaccination programme within schools has been terminated, thereby removing the unacceptable risk that a healthy 12-15 year old child could receive a #Covid vaccine in the absence of their parents and, furthermore, in the absence of parental consent.
Whilst the primary objective of our challenge has now been achieved, our substantive challenge against the ministerial decision to disregard the scientific advice of the JCVI will continue.
We are acutely aware, through the UK Government’s own safety surveillance data, that thousands of healthy children in the UK have reported adverse events in the aftermath of vaccination, many of these injuries can only be described as serious.
Our challenge has now been listed for an initial ‘Leave’ (Permission to proceed) hearing on the 21st of March.

Highway Code changes designed to boost protection for cyclists have been branded “bonkers” in Parliament. Conservative former minister Sir Desmond Swayne took exception to new advice for cyclists to ride in the centre of lanes on quieter roads, in slower-moving traffic, and when approaching junctions, to make themselves as visible as possible.
Sir Desmond, MP for New Forest West in Hampshire, told the House of Commons: “I cycle for 10 hours a week and on a narrow forest road I always cycle as close to the kerb because I’m a driver too and I want to accommodate drivers."

I have no compassion for those who allowed innocent people to suffer and millions to die.

▪︎The torture of the elderly who have since died due to the DNR's put upon them. Many were starved of water and food.
▪︎Let's not forget how over 150k of innocent people were euthanized by the NHS and many more under the direction of Matt Hancock. All given Midolazam and put on DNR'S.

Though armies of trolls have tried to discredit the collaboration, it is clearly causing major ripples among the architects of the scamdemic and could well be the real reason for the rapid and unexpected rollback of restrictions in England.

In 2016 David transferred 1.6 million patients' records to Google's 'Deepmind' AI division, without patients consent or knowledge.
This was ruled to be illegal by the Information Commissioner's Office in 2017.

David is one of the "fat cat" executives within the NHS and in 2015 was found to receive a salary of £240,000 of taxpayer funds.

JUST IN: Michael Avenatti Found Guilty Of Wire Fraud, Could Face 20 Years In Prison

A New York jury found infamous celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti guilty of defrauding his former client, porn star Stormy Daniels, of nearly $300,000 in royalties for a book deal she received after going public with allegations of an affair with former President Donald Trump.
Avenatti’s trial in Manhattan federal court ended with a guilty judgment on counts of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft, marking his second criminal conviction in that court.
The 50-year-old Avenatti was convicted at a separate trial at the same courthouse two years ago because of an extortion scheme he was a part of against Nike.
Avenatti is also facing a retrial in a third federal criminal case, which was previously dismissed due to a mistrial in August. In that case, which is now being tried in California, he is accused of defrauding a number of clients out of nearly $10 million dollars.
He is set to be sentenced on May 24th. The multiple criminal cases and lack of income has left Avenatti nearly broke.
During the trial, Avenatti represented himself and claimed he was owed the money he stole from Daniels’ $800,000 advance for her 2018 book.
As part of his testimony, Daniels claimed that he did not have a legal right to any of the money. In addition, prosecutors produced evidence that he falsified her signature on a document, which resulted in her literary agency directing book revenues to an account that he controlled.
Reuters reported, “He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of wire fraud, plus a mandatory two-year term if convicted of aggravated identity theft. If he were acquitted of wire fraud, he must then also be acquitted of identity theft.”
