Update on Judicial Review challenge

We are delighted to note that the Department of Health have formally confirmed, through their solicitors, that their Covid-19 vaccination programme within schools has been terminated, thereby removing the unacceptable risk that a healthy 12-15 year old child could receive a #Covid vaccine in the absence of their parents and, furthermore, in the absence of parental consent.

Whilst the primary objective of our challenge has now been achieved, our substantive challenge against the ministerial decision to disregard the scientific advice of the JCVI will continue.

We are acutely aware, through the UK Government’s own safety surveillance data, that thousands of healthy children in the UK have reported adverse events in the aftermath of vaccination, many of these injuries can only be described as serious.

Our challenge has now been listed for an initial ‘Leave’ (Permission to proceed) hearing on the 21st of March.

🇬🇧 UK - It's bonkers! Desmond Swayne savages New Highway Code rules for drivers and cyclists

Highway Code changes designed to boost protection for cyclists have been branded “bonkers” in Parliament. Conservative former minister Sir Desmond Swayne took exception to new advice for cyclists to ride in the centre of lanes on quieter roads, in slower-moving traffic, and when approaching junctions, to make themselves as visible as possible.

Sir Desmond, MP for New Forest West in Hampshire, told the House of Commons: “I cycle for 10 hours a week and on a narrow forest road I always cycle as close to the kerb because I’m a driver too and I want to accommodate drivers."

Though armies of trolls have tried to discredit the collaboration, it is clearly causing major ripples among the architects of the scamdemic and could well be the real reason for the rapid and unexpected rollback of restrictions in England.

Meet David Sloman.
In 2016 David transferred 1.6 million patients' records to Google's 'Deepmind' AI division, without patients consent or knowledge.

This was ruled to be illegal by the Information Commissioner's Office in 2017.

JUST IN: Michael Avenatti Found Guilty Of Wire Fraud, Could Face 20 Years In Prison

A New York jury found infamous celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti guilty of defrauding his former client, porn star Stormy Daniels, of nearly $300,000 in royalties for a book deal she received after going public with allegations of an affair with former President Donald Trump.

Avenatti’s trial in Manhattan federal court ended with a guilty judgment on counts of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft, marking his second criminal conviction in that court.

The 50-year-old Avenatti was convicted at a separate trial at the same courthouse two years ago because of an extortion scheme he was a part of against Nike.

Avenatti is also facing a retrial in a third federal criminal case, which was previously dismissed due to a mistrial in August. In that case, which is now being tried in California, he is accused of defrauding a number of clients out of nearly $10 million dollars.

He is set to be sentenced on May 24th. The multiple criminal cases and lack of income has left Avenatti nearly broke.

During the trial, Avenatti represented himself and claimed he was owed the money he stole from Daniels’ $800,000 advance for her 2018 book.

As part of his testimony, Daniels claimed that he did not have a legal right to any of the money. In addition, prosecutors produced evidence that he falsified her signature on a document, which resulted in her literary agency directing book revenues to an account that he controlled.

Reuters reported, “He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of wire fraud, plus a mandatory two-year term if convicted of aggravated identity theft. If he were acquitted of wire fraud, he must then also be acquitted of identity theft.”

This Mother distressed in leicester hospital 03-02-2022 Although this has now been taken care of, this incident at the Leicester NHS should never happened.
