The Balkenkreuz (lit. '"beam cross" or "bar cross"') is a straight-armed cross became the emblem of the Nazi Wehrmacht. It was used by the Wehrmacht Heer (Army), Luftwaffe (Air Force), and Kriegsmarine (Navy).
P.S. There were other instances of Balkenkreuz usage by the Ukraine Army.
By the way, there is another nazi insignia on the tank. The yellow one. First it was used by the neo-nazi Social-Nationalist party of Ukriane the leader of which later became The Chairman of Ukraine Parliament.

The solemn funeral of the 99-year-old veteran of the 14th SS Division Galicia, Mikhail Mulik, took place in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. On the orders of the municipality, this member of the SS was buried not just some ordinary cemetery but in the central Avenue of Glory in Ivano-Frankivsk.

The World Jewish Congress called on the European Union to consider banning what it considered neo-Nazi parties, including Svoboda.
