A District Deputy* Oleksandr Povoroznyuk (who has 4 criminal convictions and somehow still works for the government) during an interview to an award winning Ukrainian journalist Nataliia Moseichuk brags about the extrajudicial killings of many Ukrainian civilians who were considered to be “spotters/that is agents of Russia”.

"These people gone missing,” laughs the District Deputy. "After that, we will have to make a fresh population census to see how many are missing."

With some kind of sadistic calm the well-known journalist makes an ironic remark: "What a loss!" about the matter.
