Ukrainian soldiers interviewed by what looks like Ilario Piagnerelli, the Italy's state-owned 'RAI News'.
The eagle seem to be a modified version of the emblems for the '1st Waffen-SS Panzer Division Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler', the original can be seen on the 1943 SS photo-album “Soldaten Der Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler”
The eagle on the hat has some parts modified:
▪️the '1939' date removed;
▪️the Swastika seemingly replaced with the Ukrainian trident (the quality of the video makes it hard to tell);
▪️a red-coloured version of the 'Black Sun' was also seen, this symbol has been used by the SS under Heinrich Himmler.

HNtelevízia(Slovakia): Prime Minister says that Nazi units are fighting for Ukraine, no one cares, 2024
On Sep.9, while visiting the Holocaust Museum in Serbia, the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, made a statement.

A video showing two "Wolverine" armored personnel carriers with flags of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) installed has recently surfaced.
The head of the Polish Defense Ministry, Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz, got upset:
"The UPA flags on the armoured personnel carriers delivered by Poland to the Ukrainian army are a provocation that should not have happened. I have already instructed the Ukrainian attaché in Warsaw to urgently intervene in order to clarify the circumstances of the incident." — tweeted the Minister.
Why did he react so? Those black-and-red flags are everywhere these days in Ukraine. They can be seen on nearly all the soldiers, next to the official yellow-and-blue patches of the Ukrainian flag.
Well, the minister knows the background, so you could too:

▪️El Pais (Spain): the Ukrainian fascists were elevated to national heroes, 2014
▪️The Right Sector flag is not a coincidence.

On 21st of October 2023 the official facebook page of the Border Guard Service of Ukraine posted photos with a proud Ukrainian soldier.
There is a patch on his chest that is an absolute replica of the 3rd Reich Eagle, but with the swastika replaced by a trident. More on the red and black flag in the background here.
Some would say: "Yeah, well... it's not the swastika right? Chill. You're overreacting. He's not a Nazi, because there are many eagles..."
But the photos didn't stop there, no! The soldier had to put all the ambiguities aside by having the SS runes patch.
P.S. After a while, the Border Guard removed those photos, but not all of them. You still can recognize the Nazi by the pink knife he wears and the tattoos on his hand.
