Taking offense to Naseeha ? Most people
hesitate, overthink, shake, procrastinate,
and almost have nervous breakdowns
when they see that they have to advise a
person. So if someone has come to you
and given advice, whether softly or
harshly, know they truly care about you.

🍂🥀 Sweetness Of Imaan🥀🍂
He doesn’t PRAY Five times a Day, but he’s a Good Muslim…
She doesn’t wear HIJAB she’s a Good Muslimah…
They are very Respectful of other Religions and Celebrate their Festival's out of Respect for them; they’re Such good Muslims…
No he/she and they Aren’t Good Muslims. As People, they may have Some good Qualities, but they are Not “good Muslims”. One who does Not Fulfill Obligations such as Salah, Zakah, HIJAB etc...
Is Disobedient to of Allāhﷻ and has placed their personal desires over the commands of their Lord; this means they are not good Muslims, even if they may be nice people in other ways. Similarly, one who “respects” falsehood and shows disregard for and disrespects their Creator is not a “good Muslim”. Again, they may be nice in many ways, but their flagrant disregard for Allāh'sﷻ laws disqualifies them from being good Muslims. However, the doors of repentance are open, and they can redeem themselves, In Shaa Allah.
The Misguidance and misinformation taught by many “Scholars” and speakers is scary.
The minds of our youth are being corrupted and they have lost sight of what being obedient a slaves of Allāhﷻ means.

The Story of The Repentance of the Musician Zadhaan al-Kindyy (rahimahullah)
One day Abdullah ibn Mas’ood (raḍiyAllāhu ‘anh) was passing by a town near the city of Kufa.
There was a gathering of corrupt youths in a house who were busy drinking alcohol in a party.
A musician named ‘Zazaan’ (زاذان الكندى) was playing the flute and singing in his beautiful voice.
When Abdullah ibn Mas’ood (raḍiyAllāhu ‘anh) heard his voice, he said: What a sweet-sounding voice is this. I wish this voice would have been used in the recitation of the Quran.
After saying those words, Abdullah ibn Mas’ood (raḍiyAllāhu ‘anh) put a cloak on his head and went on ahead.
Zazaan overheard Ibn Mas’ood’s (raḍiyAllāhu ‘anh) words. He asked his friends at the party: Who was that person?!
People told him: That person is a famous Companion of the Prophet Muhammad (ṣall Allahu ʿalayhi wa-’ālihi wa-sallam) and he said what he did because he heard your voice.
Upon hearing that, Zazaan went into a strange state of realization.
He suddenly broke all his musical instruments, an ran to catch up with Abdullah ibn Mas’ood (raḍiyAllāhu ‘anh) and stood before him crying profusely.
Ibn Mas’ood (raḍiyAllāhu ‘anh) understood and he embraced him and started to weep himself and then said:
Why wouldn’t I love a person who repented from playing his musical instruments and Allah loves him (for his repentance)?!
After repenting, Zazan (rahimahullāh) became a student of Ibn Mas‘ood (raḍiyAllāhu ‘anh) and learned the Qur’an and Islamic knowledge from him.
Later, he became an Islamic scholar, (reciting, learning and teaching the Quran), and an authority in the Islamic sciences of his time.

Why is Allah’s Book called Qur'an
At the first mention of the word "Quran" in the Musahf
📚(see surah 2:185),
Imam Abu Muhammad al-Baghawi (rahimahullah) wrote:
The Quran is called "Quran" because it brings together the surahs, ayaat and letters and brings together stories, commands, prohibitions, promises and threats.
The root of the word *qar* is "gathering", and the letter hamzah can be omitted from it.
For instance, one could say:
“qarayt (gatherer) water in a cistern" when he gathered water together.
Ibn Katheer (rahīmahullāh) recited the word as *al-Quran* القُرَان with a fathah on the letter raa without the letter hamzah
That is also how ash-Shafi'ee (rahimahullah) recited it. He (rahimahullah) said: The word "Quran" is not derived from "qiraa'ah" - recitation,
rather, it is a proper name for this Book, just like the names "at-Tawrah" and "al-Injeel".

👤 Sheikh Fawzan was asked the following question:
▪️ Question: Every Friday one of my colleagues sends me a text saying "Ju'muaah Mubaarak" and he continues saying that he hopes that I will add that to my cell phone greeting or to my greeting on the internet forums; what is your view of this?
▫️Answer: Sheikh Fawzan This is an innovation, Allah has not sent down any authority for this action. This is an action that is not known or narrated in the Sunnah; it has not been narrated that the Muslims should congratulate each other on Friday; rather it has only been reported that they would congratulate each other on Eid Al Adha and Eid Al Fitr not on Friday. Therefore putting this is a text and encouraging others to do it is an innovation and from spreading innovation.
👤 Sheikh Abdul Musin Al Abaad was asked the following question
▪️ Question: Based on the premise that Friday is a (Eid) holiday, is it permissible to greet each other saying, Ju’muaah Mubaarak or Ju’muaah Accepted?
▫️Answer: Sheikh Abdul Musin Al Abaad:
By Allah, we don’t know of anything that proves the validity of this. As for the two Eids then it has been Narrated that the companions when they would meet each other they would say,
“May Allāhﷻ accept it from us and you” Or “May Allāhﷻ accept your obedience”.

Then what is worse than that; is some Muslims celebrate the New Year, and they glorify it and venerate it, and it is connected to the religious occasion of the Christians; which is; what? The birthday of the Messiah Eesa ibn Maryam peace be upon him. Thus celebrating New Year's Eve, yes, in relation with the birth of the Messiah; this is rejoicing with their religious rites and practices. And rejoicing with kufr practices—if the person who is pleased with this is safe from disbelief—then it is as ibn Al Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him said in his book, ‘the ruling on the dhimmi’ it is more severe than being pleased with drinking alcohol and worshiping the cross.
Thus the affair is very dangerous O brothers. It is not permissible for the person to celebrate Christmas; if he is a Muslim. And it is not permissible for him to congratulate them for this holiday; if he is a Muslim. And it is not permissible for him to respond to this greeting if they congratulate him for this holiday; if he is a Muslim.
Subhan'Allah! Shall we congratulate them for a holiday which is considered as a religious practice?
And is this anything other than being pleased with disbelief? But most of those who congratulate them do not intend to exalt their religion or practices, but rather they only intend what; to be courteous. And this is incorrect.
𝖨𝖿 𝖲𝗈𝗆𝖾𝗈𝗇𝖾 𝖲𝖺𝗒'𝗌 ; I am courteous to them because they are courteous to me and they congratulate me for Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha. We say: Alhamdulillah. If they congratulate you with Eid Al-Adha and Eid Al-Fitr, then they have congratulated you for legislated holiday, which Allah has made for His slaves. And it is mandatory for Eid Al-Adha and Eid Al-Fitr to be their holidays, because it is obligatory upon them to accept Islam. But if you congratulate them for Christmas then you are congratulating them for a holiday which Allāhﷻ has not designated as a holiday.
Thus Christmas has no basis in history and it has no basis in the religious legislation. Eesa ibn Maryam did not command them to establish this holiday. Thus it is either that, which was entered into the religion of the Messiah as innovation and misguidance, or it was prescribed in the legislation of Eesa ibn Maryam but it has been abrogated by the legislation of Islam.
Therefore it has no basis by any estimation. Because if we said it is from the innovation of the Christians and it is not from their legislation; then it is misguidance. And if we said it is from their legislation, then it has been abrogated; and to worship Allāhﷻ with an abrogated religion is misguidance; thus it is misguidance by any estimation. And because it is misguidance, how is it befitting for me—while I am a Muslim—to congratulate them for it?!
And we have answered the issue of them congratulating us for our Eid and us not congratulating them for their holiday because our Eid has been legislated by Allāhﷻ the Exalted; while their holiday is not legislated. This is because it has either been fabricated in their legislation or abrogated by our legislation. Thus it has no basis in any regard.

▫️ 𝖠𝗇𝗌𝗐𝖾𝗋:
May Allāhﷻ bless you, this is from innovation, misguidance, and superstition which has no basis in the religion. O brother, may Allāhﷻ bless you, the prayer is not legislated for these things. The prayer is either obligatory and legislated or a Sunnah which the Messenger, clarified; upon him be prayers and peace. As for making the prayer to be for the commencement of the year and to conclude the year, or to commence the day, or to conclude the day this is from the deviation of those who are astray and leading others astray; and every innovation is misguidance and every misguidance is in the fire. When the people distanced themselves from the Book and the Sunnah they fell into these innovations. Akhee, had it been the Hijrī year, it would've been innovation and misguidance, so what do you think regarding the Gregorian year?!
Have Taqwā of Allāhﷻ, may Allāhﷻ bless you and beware of these innovations. The Muslim must worship Allāhﷻ in every instance, at all times, either by way of a legislative obligation or a clearly defined Sunnah known from the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. As for these innovations and misguidance which the ignorant, astray commoners who are similar to animals introduce, beware of these deviations may Allāhﷻ bless you. By Allāhﷻ, I am amazed that in a time in which knowledge is wide spread, the Sunnah is wide spread, and the people know the truth from falsehood, that there are people still upon these deviations and innovations. Whenever and innovation is born a Sunnah dies. So have Taqwā of Allāhﷻ. This is from the innovations which pass upon the people every year. Every month they have an innovation; every year they have an innovation; in every condition they have an innovation. Have Taqwā of Allāhﷻ, my brother. ❓ Is it Permissible for Muslim Women to attend Free-Mixed University (High school/College/Etc...)?
▪️ Question:
(Please give) your advice to me, O Shaykh, about seeking Shar'i knowledge. O Shaykh, I am a student in a science college, and it is occupying the majority of my time, however, I have a deep desire to seek Shar'i knowledge, so what do you advise me with O Shaykh? May Allah bless you.
▫️ Answer:
👤 Answer by Shaykh Ali al-Khudayr (may Allah hasten his release and keep him steadfast)
“I advise you to leave studying in university and to stick to your home, for there is no Khayr in free-mixed studies that lead to free-mixed work. Allāhﷻ says "And Remain (firmly) In Your Home's" and He Says "And say to the believing women to lower their gazes and protect their chastity.”
And there is an example for you (to follow) in the righteous woman (mentioned in the Ayah) "Then one of the two women came to him walking with shyness..."

1⃣. Do you know that it is Not Permissible to Let your Nails Grow for More than 40 Night's (i.e. day's)
👤 Shaykh bin Baz رحمه الله Said :-
Letting the Nails grow Long is Impermissible for the Man as well as the Woman. It is Not (Permissible) for the Woman to let her Nails Grow long and Likewise it is not (permissible) for the Man to let his Nails grow Long and the Limit for that (i.e. Not Clipping the Nails) is 40 Night's. Therefore anything beyond that it becomes Obligatory to Clip the Nails and Likewise (the same Ruling applies) to Men.
📚[Fatawa Nur Alad-Darb]
👤 Shaykh Abdurazzaq al-Badr حفظه الله Said :-
Regarding the Clipping of the Nails (i.e. Shortening them) then They are Not to Remain Unclipped for More than 40 day's in any Circumstance. And if they Happen to Grow long Over a short Space of Time then he Should clip them (right away) even if it Hasn’t Reached 40 (days). But if Forty days are Reached then None of his Nails should remain, Because the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ has Set this Specific Time limit Therefore the Muslim does Not Pass or Go beyond IT.

الإمام ابن كثير - قصص الأنبياء
PROPHET: IDRIS (عليه السلام)
PART: 1
WHAT QUR’AN SAYS:
Allāhﷻ the Almighty Says:
And mention in the Book (the Qur'an) Idris (Enoch).Verily! He was a man of truth, (and) a Prophet. And We raised him to a high station.
(19:56-57)
Allāhﷻ has praised Idris and described him as a Prophet and Truthful. And he is Enoch. Our Prophet’s ancestral line meets him, as many of the genealogists mentioned it.
After Adam and Seth, he was the first man to be sent as a Prophet, peace be upon all of them.
FIRST MAN TO WRITE WITH THE PEN
Ibn Ishaq said: He was the first man to write with a pen. He was born while Adam still had 380 years of his life to live.
RAISED TO A HIGH STATION
Allāhﷻ Said: “And We raised him to a high station.”
This verse has been explained in many different ways. In Al-Bukhari and Muslim,in the hadith related about the Night Journey of our Prophet, it is mentioned:
“The Prophet ﷺ passed by him on the fourth heaven.”

❓How to Stop Obsessing Over a Girl {Someone in My Classes/High school/College/Etc...}?
▪️Question:
How to Stop Obsessing Over a Girl In Our (High school/College/University's/Etc...)?
▫️Answer:
🔘 Fear Allāhﷻ and Lower your Gaze, Constantly Remind Yourself of This. Get Married or Fast if you Can't to Control your Deisres.
🔘 Aisha رضي الله عنه :
The Messenger of Allāhﷻ Muhammad ﷺ Said:
“Marriage is part of my Sunnah. Whoever does Not act Upon my Sunnah is Not part of Me. Give each other in marriage, for I will Boast of your Great numbers Before the Nation's. Whoever has the Means, let him Contract a Marriage. Whoever does Not have the Means should Fast, as Fasting will Restrain his Impulses.”
📚: Sunan Ibn Majah 1846
Prevention is better than cure, so Avoid being Near this girl at All Times, Move to a Seat where you Can't even See her. Another nice tip for the Brother's is wear a Cap, sounds Weird but it Helps a lot with lowering your gaze, Wear it low as Comfortable Possible and Constantly remind yourself fear Allāhﷻ and Lower your Gaze. Also, this Applies too all Issue's of Sinning, Seek knowledge, because when you seek knowledge you Understand more the right of Allāhﷻ upon you, you Understand Allāhﷻ more so you Fear Him more, you Long for Jannah more Because you Understand what a Beautiful place it is, and so on.

🍂🥀The Fitnah of Family is InDeeD great for the Youth of Tawheed. Just a small Reminder and Encouragement to our Sister's and Brother's:🥀🍂
You are not alone and you are not the first to endure such trials. InDeeD, it is a Difficult trial and a heart wrenching one, but do you not remember that Allāhﷻ Tests with that which is most Dear to his Servant's?
🔘 Remember that Ibrāhīm عليه السلام was Tested with Family. He was tested with none other than his Father who Raised him his whole life, and the Attachment of the Son to the Father is Great. Till his last moments with him, after the abuse, the Threats, the rejection and Denial, he Left him Upon an Oath that he would invoke Allāhﷻ to Forgive him (of course, later it became clear to him that he was and Enemy to Allāhﷻ). From this, one can see his Attachment to his father. Allāhﷻ makes Mention of this Trial as a an Example for us and a Praise for Ibrāhīm عليه السلام , Pointing out his Steadfastness Regardless of who was against him, even if it be his Father, and his father was the first he gave Da’wah to and the first to Threaten him and Reject him. Many Brother's and Sister's experience the Same Today. Be Steadfast, be Strong. This is Nothing other than a trial.
🔘 Nūh عليه السلام was tested with family. He was Tested with None other than His Son who he Raised and Nurtured with his own Hand's. Till Those last Moment's, when the Water was Rising and the People were Being Drowned, he called out to him with one last call of Da’wah, a Call which was Arrogantly rejected. He was Tested with the Great test of Losing a Son to Kufr While he was a caller to Tawhīd and a Staunch Believer, but He still Mentioned it to Allāhﷻ even After Seeing his son Overtaken by the waves, “InDeeD my Son was of my family”. The feelings of a Parent Towards their Child does not need to be Described to Anybody. So many Mother's and Father's upon Haqq lose their Children to Misguidance and Kufr. Remember Nūh عليه السلام and Complain only to Allāhﷻ of your Grief. This is Nothing other than a Trial.
🔘 Ayyūb عليه السلام Lost all of his Children as a Test from Allāhﷻ. Musa عليه السلام left his Family in the Middle of Nowhere when the Command Came from Allāhﷻ to go to Fir’awn. The Mother of Musa عليه السلام put her Child in a Ferocious River as Allāhﷻ Inspired her. And Countless other Incidents.
⏺ Point Being:
Allāhﷻ tests with Family, and He knows it Grieves your heart. He knows you feel the Earth is Constrained Upon you and He Knows that at some Times it feels like your Heart is being Torn from your Chest. He knows the Struggles of some Who are forced to hide Parts of their Beliefs and the Struggles of others who Defend it day and night and face harm from their Families due to their Steadfastness and Da’wah to it. He knows Some of you have Been cut off and Boycotted by your families. He knows some of you Weep at Seeing your Loved ones Upon Misguidance and other Grieve Deeply while Making Baraa’ from Them. He Sees it all and He Reward's it Justly.
This is the Millah of Ibraheem! This is the path! So stand straight as you have been commanded!
🔘 Just as Ibrāhīm عليه السلام endured Patiently giving da’wah to his father with kind words while receiving nothing but abuse as Backlash, many youth Today face Similar. Just as Ibrāhīm عليه السلام Prepared to slaughter his son For the Sake of Allāhﷻ, Many of us Slaughtered our love for our families in our Heart's due to what they were upon of Kufr and Riddah. We are upon his Millah In Shaa Allah! Our trials may be Nowhere Near the Magnitude of the trials of Ibrāhīm عليه السلام, but it should Comfort us to See that Allāhﷻ is testing us with that which is relatable to some Extent. How could we Claim to be Upon his Millah if we aren’t Tested the Way He was?
May Allāhﷻ guide our families and keep us steadfast and patient upon this path. May you see the fruits of your Da’wah soon.

2⃣. Do you know that the Saying "HasbiyAllah" (Sufficient for me is Allah) is Said in Order to bring Benefit and Prevent harm?
👤 Shaikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah رحمه الله Said :-
This word HasbiyAllah"
(Sufficient for me is Allah) is said for bringing Benefit at Times, and for Preventing Harm at Times.”
📚 [Majmu’ al-Fatawa (Vol. 6/24)].
👤 Shaikh Abdul Razzaq al-Badr حفظه الله Said :-
HasbiyAllahu wa ni’mal-Wakeel (Sufficient for me is Allah, and (He is) the Best Disposer of affairs).
This Blessed Word is Said on Two Occasions: When Seeking Benefits, and when Seeking the Prevention of Harm.
➡️ (An example) of the first one is the saying of Allāhﷻ: -
The blessed and the most High-: {If only they had been satisfied with what Allah and His Messenger gave them and said, “Sufficient for us is Allah; Allah will give us of His bounty, and [so will] His Messenger; indeed, we are desirous toward Allah,” [it would have been better for them].}
📚[al-Taubah (59)].
➡️ (And example) of the second one is the saying of Allāhﷻ The Blessed and the most High :- Those to whom Hypocrites Said, “InDeeD, the people have Gathered Against you, so Fear them.”
But it [merely] Increased them in Faith, and they Said, {“Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.”}
{So, they returned with Favor from Allāhﷻ and Bounty, No Harm having Touched them. And they Pursued the Pleasure of Allāhﷻ, and Allāhﷻ is the Possessor of Great bounty.}
📚[Ali ‘Imran (173:174)]
🔘 And the Two Occasions are combined in the Saying of Allāhﷻ Mighty and the Majestic :-
{Say, “Then have you considered what you invoke Besides Allāhﷻ?
If Allāhﷻ Intended Me Harm, are they Removers of His Harm; or if He Intended Me Mercy, are they Withholders of His Mercy?” Say, “Sufficient for me is Allah; upon Him [Alone] rely the [wise] Reliers.”}
📚[Az Zumar (38)].
I.e. Say "Hasbiy Allāhu" to Attract Blessings, and to Prevent the Affliction of Harm and Calamities.

الإمام ابن كثير - قصص الأنبياء
PROPHET: IDRIS (عليه السلام)
PART: 2
SOUL SEIZED IN FOURTH HEAVEN!
Ibn Abbas asked Ka’b: “What is meant when Allah said: ‘We raised him to a high station’”. Ka’b replied: “Allah revealed to Idris: ‘ I would raise for you every day the same amount of the deeds of all Adam’s children’- perhaps meaning of his time only. So Idris wanted to increase his deeds and devotion. A friend of his from the angels visited him and Idris said to him: ‘Allah has revealed to me such and such, so could you please speak to the angel of death, so I could increase my deeds.’ The angel carried him on his wings and went up into the heaven. When it was the fourth heaven, they met the angel of death, who was descending down to earth.
The angel spoke to him, about what Idris has spoken to him before. The angel of death said: ‘But where is Idris?’
He replied: ‘He is upon my back.’ The angel of death said: "How astonishing! I was sent and told to seize his soul in the fourth heaven. I kept thinking how I could seize it in the fourth heaven when he was on the earth?"
Then he took his soul there out of his body, and that is what is meant in this Verse: ‘And We raised him to a high station’.
OTHER OPINION:
Imam Bukhari Says:
It is narrated from Ibn Mas’ud and Ibn Abbas that Elias (Iliyas) was Idris. They apparently take evidence from the Hadith of Night Journey that: “When the Prophet ﷺ passed by him,
He said: ‘Welcome to the pious brother and pious Prophet.’ And he did not say as Adam and Abraham said: ‘Welcome to the pious Prophet and pious son.’”. They say: “If he were in his lineage, he should have said as the two of them said.”
This evidence does not stand strong, because it could be that the narrator did not remember it properly. Or he may have said that to show his humility and affection.

14 Occasions in Which it is Disliked to Initiate the Islamic Greetings – Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan
These are the occasions in which initiating the Islamic greeting is disliked;
1. The One Speaking: It is disliked to initiate the Islamic greeting to a person who is speaking since he is busy with conversing with someone.
2. The One Busy with Remembering Allah: “The one who is occupied with remembering Allāh ﷻ” meaning saying – SubḥānAllāh, Allāhu Akbar and reciting the Quʾān.
3. The One Busy with the Speech of Muḥammad: Meaning the one who is busy in [reading, studying and memorising] the ḥadīth of the Prophet ﷺ.
4. The Orator: Meaning to greet the khaṭīb at times other than the Friday sermon, since speaking in Friday prayer is [already] prohibited, it is prohibited to greet the khāṭīb and those listening.
5. The One Teaching: “…whilst teaching…” meaning the person who is engaged in teaching the Qurʾān, ḥadīth, matters of jurisprudence or Arabic grammar, do not greet him. Some people, when they arrive to a gathering whilst the lesson has commenced, they greet and raise their voices. This is disliked since this will distract the teacher and those sitting and listening. This would cause the people to turn their attention to him (rather than the teacher).
6. The One Researching Knowledge: “..who is indulged in researching the sciences of knowledge..” meaning the person who is researching an academic issue. Do not greet him and disturb his research. This is not correct.
7. The Preacher: “..or the preacher..” meaning the one preaching to the people, so do not greet him if you arrive. Sit down and listen to the admonition and do not extend the Islamic greetings as you will disturb the lecturer and those listening.
8. The faqīḥ: Meaning the one revising knowledge of jurisprudence (fiqḥ).
9. The Caller to the Prayer: [meaning] the one calling the ʾathān for the prayer. Do not greet him whilst he is calling the people to prayer since you will disturb him during the ʾathān.
10. The One Praying: “..the one in prayer..” meaning if you arrive and there is a person praying then do not greet him until he has completed his prayer. It has been reported from the Prophet ﷺ that one of the companions had greeted him and he returned the salutation by indicating [with his hand, head or finger]. So if someone greets you whilst you are in prayer then return the salutation by indication.
11. The One Purifying Himself: “..or a person purifying himself..” the one who is performing the ablution, so do not greet him until he has finished making his ablution. However, if he is washing himself for other than the purpose of worship such as cooling down or merely cleaning, then there is no problem for you to greet him.
12. The One Eating: It is not legislated to greet the one busy eating.
13. The One Reliving Himself: “..and he who is relieving himself..” And this is severe. This is referring to the person who is urinating or defecating; do not greet him whilst he is relieving himself. Since it is disliked for the one urinating or defecating to speak whilst in this condition, so do not greet him.
14. The Mujāhid: “..the person who is engaged in fighting the enemy in jiḥād.” the last occasion is the fighter who is engaged in battle, do not greet him whilst he is fighting, because he is engaged in fighting the enemy of Allāh ﷻ.

“One of the signs of the Hour is that the greeting (with Salam) won’t happen unless there is familiarity, meaning that a person does not convey Salam except to those who he knows. 3⃣. Do you Know that One of the Minor Signs of The Last Hour is the Abandoning of Giving Salams to Those Whom You do Not know?
👤 It has been Narrated by 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:
A man asked the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ,
"What Islamic traits are the best?"
🔘 The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Said,
"Feed the people, and greet (with Salam) those whom you know and those whom you do not know."
📚 [Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari (Vol. 11/23)].
👤 It has been Narrated by Ibn Mas’ud رضي الله عنه that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Said:
“One of the signs of the Hour is that a man greets another (with Salam), and he does not do so, except for the fact that he knows him".

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الإمام ابن كثير - قصص الأنبياء PROPHET: IDRIS (عليه السلام) PART: 2 SOUL SEIZED IN FOURTH HEAVEN! Ibn Abbas asked Ka’b: “What is meant when Allah said: ‘We raised him to a high station’”. Ka’b replied: “Allah revealed to Idris:…

الإمام ابن كثير - قصص الأنبياء
PROPHET: NOAH - NOOH (عليه السلام)
PART: 1
HIS LINEAGE AND BIRTH
He is Noah bin Lamech bin Methuselah bin Enoch (Idris) bin Jared bin Mahalel bib Kenan bin Enos bin Seth bin Adam.
Noah was born after 126 years from the death of Adam, as Ibn Jarir has mentioned it.
According to the history of the People of the Book, mentioned previously, there were 146 years between the death of Adam and the birth of Noah. Ibn Hibban reported in his book Sahih that there were ten centuries between the two of them, as is narrated from Abu Umamah: A man said: “O Messenger of Allah! Was Adam a Prophet? He ﷺ replied:
“Yes, a Prophet to whom (Allah) spoke.” He then asked: “How many years were there between Adam and Noah?”
The Prophet ﷺsaid: “Ten centuries.”
This hadith is narrated according to the conditions of Imam Muslim.
WHAT IS QARN/QUROON
Imam Bukhari has narrated from Ibn Abbas, who reported from the Prophet ﷺsaying: “There were ten centuries (Quroon) between Adam and Noah, they all lived according to Islam.”
If one hundred years is meant by a Qarn, as is generally thought by many people, then there must be at least one thousand years between them. However it could be more, as Ibn Abbas specified those ten centuries as being to be according to Islam. So there should be later centuries, which did not live according to the Islamic teachings, and which required sending of a Messenger.
But if it is meant by a Qarn a generation of people, as the Qur’an sometimes takes it for, then there could be thousands of years between Adam and Noah, as generations of people before Noah used to live a long period of time. The Qur’an says: وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِنَ الْقُرُونِ مِن بَعْدِ نُوحٍ (“And how many generations (Quroon) have We destroyed after Noah?”)
It also says in this Verse: ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِمْ قَرْنًا آخَرِينَ
“Then after them, We raised up another generation. (Qarn).
As well as this Verse: “….and many generations (Qaroon) between them.”
Even our Prophet ﷺused the word Qarn in the meaning of generation and said: ...خَيْرُ النَّاسِ قَرْنِي… “The best of generations is my generation.”
