PROPHET: IDRIS (عليه السلام)
PART: 2
SOUL SEIZED IN FOURTH HEAVEN!
Ibn Abbas asked Ka’b: “What is meant when Allah said: ‘We raised him to a high station’”. Ka’b replied: “Allah revealed to Idris: ‘ I would raise for you every day the same amount of the deeds of all Adam’s children’- perhaps meaning of his time only. So Idris wanted to increase his deeds and devotion. A friend of his from the angels visited him and Idris said to him: ‘Allah has revealed to me such and such, so could you please speak to the angel of death, so I could increase my deeds.’ The angel carried him on his wings and went up into the heaven. When it was the fourth heaven, they met the angel of death, who was descending down to earth.
The angel spoke to him, about what Idris has spoken to him before. The angel of death said: ‘But where is Idris?’
He replied: ‘He is upon my back.’ The angel of death said: "How astonishing! I was sent and told to seize his soul in the fourth heaven. I kept thinking how I could seize it in the fourth heaven when he was on the earth?"
Then he took his soul there out of his body, and that is what is meant in this Verse: ‘And We raised him to a high station’.
OTHER OPINION:
Imam Bukhari Says:
It is narrated from Ibn Mas’ud and Ibn Abbas that Elias (Iliyas) was Idris. They apparently take evidence from the Hadith of Night Journey that: “When the Prophet ﷺ passed by him,
He said: ‘Welcome to the pious brother and pious Prophet.’ And he did not say as Adam and Abraham said: ‘Welcome to the pious Prophet and pious son.’”. They say: “If he were in his lineage, he should have said as the two of them said.”
This evidence does not stand strong, because it could be that the narrator did not remember it properly. Or he may have said that to show his humility and affection.

14 Occasions in Which it is Disliked to Initiate the Islamic Greetings – Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan
These are the occasions in which initiating the Islamic greeting is disliked;
1. The One Speaking: It is disliked to initiate the Islamic greeting to a person who is speaking since he is busy with conversing with someone.
2. The One Busy with Remembering Allah: “The one who is occupied with remembering Allāh ﷻ” meaning saying – SubḥānAllāh, Allāhu Akbar and reciting the Quʾān.
3. The One Busy with the Speech of Muḥammad: Meaning the one who is busy in [reading, studying and memorising] the ḥadīth of the Prophet ﷺ.
4. The Orator: Meaning to greet the khaṭīb at times other than the Friday sermon, since speaking in Friday prayer is [already] prohibited, it is prohibited to greet the khāṭīb and those listening.
5. The One Teaching: “…whilst teaching…” meaning the person who is engaged in teaching the Qurʾān, ḥadīth, matters of jurisprudence or Arabic grammar, do not greet him. Some people, when they arrive to a gathering whilst the lesson has commenced, they greet and raise their voices. This is disliked since this will distract the teacher and those sitting and listening. This would cause the people to turn their attention to him (rather than the teacher).
6. The One Researching Knowledge: “..who is indulged in researching the sciences of knowledge..” meaning the person who is researching an academic issue. Do not greet him and disturb his research. This is not correct.
7. The Preacher: “..or the preacher..” meaning the one preaching to the people, so do not greet him if you arrive. Sit down and listen to the admonition and do not extend the Islamic greetings as you will disturb the lecturer and those listening.
8. The faqīḥ: Meaning the one revising knowledge of jurisprudence (fiqḥ).
9. The Caller to the Prayer: [meaning] the one calling the ʾathān for the prayer. Do not greet him whilst he is calling the people to prayer since you will disturb him during the ʾathān.
10. The One Praying: “..the one in prayer..” meaning if you arrive and there is a person praying then do not greet him until he has completed his prayer. It has been reported from the Prophet ﷺ that one of the companions had greeted him and he returned the salutation by indicating [with his hand, head or finger]. So if someone greets you whilst you are in prayer then return the salutation by indication.
11. The One Purifying Himself: “..or a person purifying himself..” the one who is performing the ablution, so do not greet him until he has finished making his ablution. However, if he is washing himself for other than the purpose of worship such as cooling down or merely cleaning, then there is no problem for you to greet him.
12. The One Eating: It is not legislated to greet the one busy eating.
13. The One Reliving Himself: “..and he who is relieving himself..” And this is severe. This is referring to the person who is urinating or defecating; do not greet him whilst he is relieving himself. Since it is disliked for the one urinating or defecating to speak whilst in this condition, so do not greet him.
14. The Mujāhid: “..the person who is engaged in fighting the enemy in jiḥād.” the last occasion is the fighter who is engaged in battle, do not greet him whilst he is fighting, because he is engaged in fighting the enemy of Allāh ﷻ.

PROPHET: NOAH - NOOH (عليه السلام)
PART: 1
HIS LINEAGE AND BIRTH
He is Noah bin Lamech bin Methuselah bin Enoch (Idris) bin Jared bin Mahalel bib Kenan bin Enos bin Seth bin Adam.
Noah was born after 126 years from the death of Adam, as Ibn Jarir has mentioned it.
According to the history of the People of the Book, mentioned previously, there were 146 years between the death of Adam and the birth of Noah. Ibn Hibban reported in his book Sahih that there were ten centuries between the two of them, as is narrated from Abu Umamah: A man said: “O Messenger of Allah! Was Adam a Prophet? He ﷺ replied:
“Yes, a Prophet to whom (Allah) spoke.” He then asked: “How many years were there between Adam and Noah?”
The Prophet ﷺsaid: “Ten centuries.”
This hadith is narrated according to the conditions of Imam Muslim.
WHAT IS QARN/QUROON
Imam Bukhari has narrated from Ibn Abbas, who reported from the Prophet ﷺsaying: “There were ten centuries (Quroon) between Adam and Noah, they all lived according to Islam.”
If one hundred years is meant by a Qarn, as is generally thought by many people, then there must be at least one thousand years between them. However it could be more, as Ibn Abbas specified those ten centuries as being to be according to Islam. So there should be later centuries, which did not live according to the Islamic teachings, and which required sending of a Messenger.
But if it is meant by a Qarn a generation of people, as the Qur’an sometimes takes it for, then there could be thousands of years between Adam and Noah, as generations of people before Noah used to live a long period of time. The Qur’an says: وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِنَ الْقُرُونِ مِن بَعْدِ نُوحٍ (“And how many generations (Quroon) have We destroyed after Noah?”)
It also says in this Verse: ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِمْ قَرْنًا آخَرِينَ
“Then after them, We raised up another generation. (Qarn).
As well as this Verse: “….and many generations (Qaroon) between them.”
Even our Prophet ﷺused the word Qarn in the meaning of generation and said: ...خَيْرُ النَّاسِ قَرْنِي… “The best of generations is my generation.”

So he can Boycott him for Three days or Less, and it is Not Permissible to Boycott him beyond Three, and the Better of the Two is the One who Greets the other First.
⏩ But if the Boycotting was for the Sake of Allāhﷻ because of Sins, then it is Not Restricted to Three days, Four days, or Even more. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الإمام ابن كثير - قصص الأنبياء
PROPHET: NOAH - NOOH (عليه السلام)
PART: 2
THE FIRST MESSENGER
Noah was sent by Allah when his people started worshipping idols and false gods, and fell into the depth of darkness and ignorance. He was the first Messenger to be sent upon this earth.
Allah the Almighty has mentioned how He sent to them the punishment of Flood to those rejected his call. He also mentioned how He saved him and those on his Ark in different chapters of the Qur’an. For instance, Al-Araf, Yunus, Hud, Al-Anbiya, Al-Muminun, Ash-Shura, Al-Ankabut, As-Saffat, Al-Qamar and Nuh – a whole chapter.
HOW THE IDOL WORSHIP BEGAN
As mentioned earlier in the hadith of Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه: “There were ten Qarn between Adam and Noah, all lived according to Islam.
After those pious generations, people gradually started to worship idols.
Imam Bukhari has narrated from Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه, who explained under the commentary of the Verse, how they did so: “And they have said: ‘Do not forsake your gods, and do not forsake WADD nor SUWA’, neither YAGHUTH nor YA’UQ nor NASR.’”
He says:
They were the names of pious people from among them. Following their death, Satan inspired their people to erect statues in the places where they used to sit, and to name the statues with the names (of those men)! They did so, but they were not worshipped until that generation died and the knowledge (of what those statues were erected for) was lost. Then, they were worshipped.
Ibn Abbas further said: the Arabs afterwards worshipped those idols that were among the people of Noah.
Ibn Jarir reported:
They were pious people of the period between Adam and Noah, and they had followers who took them as their models. When they died, their followers said: ‘If we could make statues of them, it will encourage us to worship whenever we remember them.’ So they built statues of them. But when they died and other generations came after them, Iblis crept into their minds saying: ‘Your forefathers used to worship them and through them they sought rain. Hence they began to worship them.

PART: 3
How Worshipping WADD Started
It is reported from Abdul-Mutahhir, who said: People mentioned Yazid bin Al-Muhallab near Abu Ja’far (Al-Baqir) while he was in prayer, when he finished his prayer, he said to them: You have mentioned Yazid bin Al-Muhallab; he was killed in a land where idols were first worshipped. Then he mentioned WADD and said: He (WADD) was a pious man, loved by his people. But when he died, they converged around his grave in Babylon and were overwhelmed by grief. When Iblis saw their sorrow caused by his death, he came to them disguised as a man, and said: ‘I have seen your grief on the death of this man; so shall I make a statue like him which could be erected in your place of assembly, thus you may remember him by it? They answered: ‘Yes.’
So he made a statue like him. They erected it up in their assembly, and so they remembered him. When Iblis observed their keenness to remember him, he suggested: ‘Shall I build a statue of him in the homes of everyone of you, so that each of you could remember him in his home?’ They agreed. So, he made a statue like him for every family. Then, they accepted this and began to remember him by it. The generation of their children saw what their father did with it (for their remembrance). However, the children’s children came and they had no idea of how their fathers remembered them and so gradually they took it as a god, worshipping it instead of Allah. So, the first one to be worshipped instead of Allah was WADD, i.e. the idol that they named WADD.
THE IDOL MAKING
The corollary of this point is that every idol was worshipped by a different group of people. And after long ages had passed by, people started making idols of them for themselves, so that their authority could be fully recognized, and so they were worshipped instead of Allah.
THE IDOLS IN CHURCHES - THE WORST OF CREATURES
It is Narrated that when Umm Salamah and Umm Habibah رضي الله عنهم
mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ the church called ‘Maria’, which they had seen in Abyssinia and described to him its beauty and images therein, he ﷺ said: “When a righteous man among them dies, they build a place of worship over his grave. Then they depicted those images therein. They are the worst of all creatures before Allah.”

الإمام ابن كثير - قصص الأنبياء
PROPHET: NOAH - NOOH (عليه السلام)
PART: 4
WHY NOAH WAS SENT
The point to be elaborated here is that when corruption took its root in the earth and people started worshipping idols instead of worshipping Allāhﷻ , Allāhﷻ sent Noah as His Messenger, who called them to worship none other than Allah, Who has no partners nor equals, and he forbade them from worshipping anything besides Him.
NOAH, THE FIRST MESSENGER-- ON THE DAY OF RESURRECTION
He was the first Messenger to be sent of the earth, as the Prophet ﷺsaid in the hadith of Shifa’ah which is narrated from Abu Hurairah: “…Then people will come to Adam and say: ‘O Adam! You are the father of mankind. Allāhﷻ Created you by His Hand, then breathed into you the soul which He created for you, and commanded the angels to prostrate before you and then caused you to dwell in Paradise. Would you then intercede for us with your Lord? Do you not see our plight?’ Adam would reply: “My Lord is very angry; He has never been so angry before and will not be so angry after; He had forbidden me from the Tree but I disobeyed Him. I am only concerned with myself, I am only concerned with myself. Go to somebody else. Go to Noah.’ People would then go to Noah and say: "O Noah! You were the first Messenger to the people of the earth and Allah had called you a grateful slave. Do you not see our plight, do you not see in what condition we are? Would you not intercede for us with your Lord?’ He would reply: “My Lord is very angry; He has never been so angry before and will not be so angry after. I am only concerned with myself, I am only concerned with myself…”
MESSENGERS FROM NOAH’S PROGENY
When Allāhﷻ sent Noah as a Messenger, he called people to worship Allah Alone, without associating with Him any partner. He Asked them not to worship any idols, any statue, and any false deities (TAGHUT). He required of them to believe in the Oneness of Allah, with no God other than Him, and with no Lord other than Him; just as Allah sent every Messenger with the same mission after him; and all of those Messengers were from Noah’s progeny, as the Qur’an said: “And We made his progeny to endure (on this earth).” (37:77) as it says in another Verse about him and Abraham: “…and We made the Prophethood and Book in their progeny…”
What is meant is that every Prophet after Noah was from his progeny and so is the case with Abraham.
SHUN TAGHUT (FALSE DEITIES)
The Qur’an says: “And We certainly sent among every people a Messenger who said: "Worship Allāhﷻ and avoid false deities (TAGHUT).” (16:36)
And it also says: And ask those of Our Messengers whom We sent before you: ‘Did We appoint any deities other than the Most Gracious, to be worshipped?’”

The Most Important Thing After Tawhīd
“And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him. And that you be dutiful to your parents…”
(Al-Isrā’:23)
During these few Remaining Night's while we are Making Du’ā for all our Needs and wants for this Life and the Next, we shouldn’t forget the ones who are most deserving of our ad’iyā’ - our parents. The most important thing after Tawhīd is Being dutiful to our Parent's and honouring them. Our parents are more deserving of our ad’iyā than anyone else but Many are Negligent in this matter. Make abundant du’ā for them, their well-being, Īmān, and Aākhirah. SOCIAL MEDIA stresses the Importance of Spouse's, Friends, Company etc, but more emphasis needs to put on the Importance of our Parent's, and their Rights upon us; and one of the easiest ways of honouring our Parent's is by keeping them in our Constant ad’iyā’.
“And We have Enjoined on Man to be Good and Dutiful to his Parent's.”
[Al-Ankaboot:8]
May Allāhﷻ Bless our Parent's with All that which is Good Fil duniyā wal Aākhirah, grant them Maghfirah, and Raise their Ranks to Firdaus Al-‘Alaa, Allāhumma Āmeen

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الإمام ابن كثير - قصص الأنبياء
PROPHET: NOAH - NOOH (عليه السلام)
PART: 5
NOAH - CALLING PEOPLE TO WORSHIP ALLAH ALONE!
Noah said to his people: “Worship Allah, you have no God but him. I fear for you the punishment of a Dreadful Day.”(7:59)
And he said: “O my people! Worship Allah, you have no God (worthy of worship) except Him, will you not fear Him?” (7:65), “O my people! I am for you a clear warner, that you worship Allah and fear Him and obey Him.” (71:2-3)
THE THREAT OF HIS PEOPLE
The Qur’an has mentioned in these verses that Noah called them to the way of Allah with different means, day and night, in public and in private. But none of the means succeeded they carried on in their error and deviation and worshipping of idols. They treated Noah and his followers as their enemies and held them in utter contempt. They threatened them with stoning and expulsion (from their town): “The leaders of his people said we find you in a clear error.” (7:60)
Noah answered them: :O my people! There is no error in me, I am a Messenger from the Lord of the worlds. I convey to you the Messages of my Lord and advise you, and I know from Allah what you do not know”. (7:61-62)
He explained to them: I am not in any error as you claim, rather I am on the Straight Path as a Messenger of the Lord of this universe, Who created things only by saying ‘Be’ and it is. He was clear in his Messsage, a sincere advisor and the most knowledgeable of the people about Allah.
THE REPLY OF HIS PEOPLE
When they replied to him, they said : “We do not see you but a human like ourselves and do not see your followers but those who are apparently most abject of us, nor do we find in you any merit over us, in fact, we think of you as liars.”(11:27)

THE REPLY OF HIS PEOPLE
When they replied to him, they said : “We do not see you but a human like ourselves and do not see your followers but those who are apparently most abject of us, nor do we find in you any merit over us, in fact, we think of you as liars.”(11:27)

Brother's, Get Married
Islam has made it so Easy.
Money is part of a good life, but what is a good life?
As a normal citizen, even if you have money, it will not give you benefits after a certain point.
According the Law of Allahﷻ, if u can feed her 2-3 times a day , give her a home to live & can provide for her necessary needs . That's enough.
Find a Spouse who has Imaan in her Heart and whose Heart has Tawakkul.
Beauty without Emma serves no Purpose.
Delaying only Makes you more Coward.
"A Man is a Man regardless of the Situation."
And Life is Life; Regardless of how Much you Strive for it, it Will give you Nothing.
So, Trust the Words of your Lord!
And do What Will Protect your Faith.

INVITE TO THE WAY OF YOUR LORD WITH WISDOM
Noah addressed them in all politeness and called them towards Truth with gentleness, as Allah said to Moses and Aaron:
“And speak to him a gentle word, that he may be mindful or he may fear.”
In another Verse: “Invite all to the way of your Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching, and argue with them in ways that are most gracious.”
I SEEK NO REWARD FROM YOU FOR MY MESSAGE
The Verse: “If I have a clear sign from my Lord, and He has bestowed His Mercy upon me” means Prophethood and being sent as Messenger. And “which has been obscured from your sight: meant that you were unable to understand or grasp it, so you were not guided towards it. And “shall we compel you to accept it when you are averse to it” means that we are not going to force you to accept it, not to impose it upon you as long as you do not seek it and want it. “O My people! I do not ask of you any reward for this, my reward rests only with Allah” means that I do not seek any reward in return of my duty of conveying to you that (Message) which will benefit you in both worlds. The reward is only from Allah, Whose reward is the best and lasting. [So you do not have to fear that I might seek some financial benefit or political gain, or social status out of it].
NOAH’S REFUSAL TO DRIVE AWAY HIS “ABJECT” FOLLOWERS
“I shall not drive those who believe, indeed they shall meet their Lord but I see you are ignorant people.”
(11:29) This Verse indicates that his people asked him to expel those with him, whom they called as abject people. They gave their promise to him that if he did so, they would join him. He refused to do so and said: “indeed they shall meet their Lord” which means: I fear to drive them out, [because if I drive them out, they will have a point against me when they meet their Lord].
This was also the case with our Prophet ﷺwhen the disbelievers of Quraish asked him to repel those ‘abject’ and weal Muslims who believed in him, like Ammar, Suhaib, Bilal and others; Allah forbade him to do so.
“And I do not say to you that I possess the Treasure of Allah or that I know the Unseen or that I am an angel.”
(11:31) This Verse meant that I am only his slave and Messenger. I do not possess any of the knowledge of Allah except what Allah has taught me, and I do not have any power upon anything except what Allah has made me capable of, neither can I benefit myself or harm myself except what Allah willed.

His people were in a
