SALAAT AL-KUSOOF (THE ECLIPSE PRAYER)

The Way in which Salaat Al-Kusoof is Done is to Pray Two Rak’ahs in Which Qur'ān is Recited Aloud, According to the Correct One out of the Two Scholarly Opinion's.

In the First Rak’ah, One Should Recite al-Fātiha And a Long Surāh Such as Surāt Al-Baqarah or the Equivalent, then do a Long Rukoo’,

Then Raise One's Head And Say, “Sami’a Allāhu Liman Hamidah, Rabbana wa laka’l-hamd (ALLĀH ﷻ listens to the One Who Praises Him; our Lord to You be Praise)” After Standing Upright, as in Other Prayer's.

Then One Should (in Continuation of First Rak'ah), Recite al-Fātiha and Another long Surāh, Shorter than in the First Recitation, Equivalent in Length to Surāt Al-‘Imran.

Then One Should do Another long Rukoo’ Shorter than the First, and When Raising One's Head, Sayy, “Sami’a Allāhu Liman Hamidah, Rabbana wa laka’l-hamd Hamdan Katheeran Tayyiban Mubarakan Fih, Mal’ al-Samawaati wa Mal’ al-Ard wa Mal’ ma Shi’ta Min Shay’in ba’d (ALLĀH listens to the One Who Praises Him; our Lord to You be Praise, Much Good and Blessed Praise, Filling Heaven and Earth and Whatever You will Besides that).”

Then He Should do Two lengthy Sujood's, Without Making the Sitting Between them Too Long.

Then one Should Pray the Second Rak’ah like the First, With Two Long Rukoo’s and Two Long Sujoods, As He did in the First Rak’ah.

Then he Should Recite the Tashahhud and Say the Salaam.

And ALLĀH ﷻ Knows The Best...

MEN WHO SAY THAT THEY WILL STILL STOP WOMEN FROM VISITING MASJID

Abdullah Bin Umar (رضى الله عنه) Reported:
I heard ALLĀH'S ﷻ Messenger Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Say: "Do NOT Prevent your Women from Going to the Masjid if they Ask you for Permission."

Bilal bin Abdullah (رضى الله عنه) said:
"By ALLĀH ﷻ, We Will Certainly Prevent them."

On this Abdullah bin Umar (رضى الله عنه) Turned Toward's him and Rebuked him Harshly, in a Manner That I had Never Heard Him do Before.

He (Abdullah bin Umar رضى الله عنه) Said:
"I am Narrating to you that Which Comes from the Messenger of ALLĀH ﷻ Prophet Mohammad ﷺ and you (have the audicity) to say: 'By ALLĀH ﷻ, We Will Certainly Prevent them!'"

the sunnah of the s‌ah‌ābah in taking from their elders

shaykh ʿubayd al-jābirī (حفظه الله) said:

“the people of virtue, righteousness, and piety, if a calamity would befall them, they would turn to the elders from the people of knowledge; asking them and seeking from them a conclusive and sufficient answer. this is an adopted sunnah, starting with the s‌ah‌ābah, and then the a'immah (imāms) of the tābiʿīn, and then those who follow them from the people of knowledge, virtue, dīn, and īmān.

how good is the statement of ibn masʿūd (رضي الله عنه):

people will not cease to be righteous and adhering as long as they take what has reached them from knowledge from the companions of muh‌ammad (ﷺ) and from their elders. and if they take knowledge from their younger ones, they will be ruined.’”

Ladies, A Potential Husband Who Asks You To Take Off Your Hijab Is Not Going to Make A Good Muslim Husband Or Father.

In the Past Week Alone, I have Heard of Three Separate Case's In Which a Practicing Muslim Woman who Observes Hijab has Been Told by a Potential Suitor That He'd Like Her to Remove Her Hijab for Him to Marry Her.

SubhānAllāh. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH SUCH MEN?

Three Problem's That Are Often Underlying Issue's With Such A Man:

1. He is Weak in His Deen, ie. He Isn't a Practicing Muslim. He Either Doesn't Know That Hijab is WAJIB, or He Knows but Doesn't Care. He does Not have the Strength to Obey ALLĀH ﷻ or Respect His Limit's.

2. He is Weak-willed and Cannot Withstand Social Pressure. He Want's His Wife to Remove Her Hijab Even Though It's WAJIB, due to His Fear of Criticism From Non-Muslims or Non-Practicing Cultural Muslims. He Doesn't have the Determination, Firmness, or Integrity to Stand up for What's Right in the Face of Any Sort of Backlash. He is a Soft, Limp Male Ruled by Fear.

3. He Lacks Gheera.

A Real Muslim Man Whose Fitra is Sound and Whose Masculinity is Strong will Instinctively Want His Wife to be Shielded From the Gaze of Stranger's, Protected from the Eye's of other Men. He will Naturally Possess Gheera ( غيرة), Which Masculine Protective Jealousy for His Family. He will Want to Shelter his Cherished Wife, Not Expose Her!

A Male Whose Gheera Is Lacking is a Dayyuth, and you Don't Want Such Male for a Husband. The Prophet Mohammad ﷺ has Said that Such a Dayyuth Will be Barred from Entering Jannah.

Muslimah, WATCH OUT FOR THIS RED FLAG WHILE SEARCHING FOR A HUSBAND.

May ALLĀH ﷻ Grant All Muslim Singles Upright Spouse's, Righteous Children, and Beautiful Marriages, Aāmeen Ya Rabbul Alāmeen!

It Was Said to Ḥasan al-Baṣrī رحمه الله:

"A Man Sin's,
Then He Repent's,
Then He Sin's,
Then He Repent's,
Then He Sin's,
Then He Repent's,
Until He Dies.

He Said: ❝I Do Not Know This Being Anything But The Characteristic's Of The Believer's.❞

Shaykh Ibn Uthaymīn رحمه الله:

Some People Say: "I Will Marry A Women Who is Not Religious, Perhaps ALLĀH ﷻ Will Guide Her At My Hand's."

And We Say: "We Are Not Entrusted With What Will Happen In The Future. As For The Future, We Do Not Know About It. It May Be That You Marry Her While Desiring That ALLĀH ﷻ Will Guide Her In Your Hand's, However, It May Be That She May Change Your State To What She Is Upon!"
