This week the NY Times just casually dropped that the official U.S. intelligence assessment has always been that Putin didn't want to expand the Ukraine conflict beyond Ukraine. But in public, Biden and other U.S officials have been pushing a domino theory that if we negotiated an end to the war Russia would invade Poland and beyond. Biden led off the State of the Union with that claim!

The cost of replacing the US Air Force's outdated nuclear arsenal has risen by almost $65 billion, Reuters reports, citing sources.
Costs for Northrop Grumman's next-generation Sentinel ICBM project rose from $95.8 billion to $160 billion.

According to one of the agency's sources, the new costs could force the Pentagon to reduce the scope of the program or the timing of its implementation.
In addition, increased costs for the Sentinel ICBM jeopardize other US Air Force initiatives, including the next-generation fighter jet project and the development of hypersonic weapons.

1 Moskva - sunk
2 Makarov - damage claims are dubious at best, the ship is fully functional and operating today even though multiple pro-Ukrainians on numerous occasions have claimed it was sunk or damaged beyond repair.
3 Saratov - sunk
4 Minsk - potential slight damage, ship was in port at the time. Not sunk. Pic. 1
5 Olenegorskiy Gornyak - returned to service. Not sunk. Picture of the ship in harbor on September 7th, 2023 after only 34 days of repairs. Pic. 2
6 Tsezar Kunikov - sunk
7 Novocherkassk - sunk
8 Yamal - ship received minimal damage, if any at all. A missile hit the pier next to it, contrary to Ukrainian claims the ship was struck directly. Not sunk. Pic. 3
9 Azov - part of the same strike involving the Yamal. Sattellite photos show potential damage to the ship. Zero follow up information and lack of detailed satellite photos. Not sunk. Pic. 4
10 Konstantin Olshansky - this was a captured Ukrainian ship, was already being used for repairs on other ships. Not sure if it was even hit, satellite photos show it afloat after the attack on the Yamal and Azov ships. Pic. 3
11 Samum - small ship. Spotted in port September 16 the day after its claimed sinking. Pic. 5
12 Tsiklon - potentially sunk? Smaller ship, the evidence provided is this satellite pic, but zero follow ups occur after the fact. Pic. 6
13 Pavel Derzhavin - small patrol ship, spotted sailing under its own power a day after the claimed sinking on 10/14/2023. Pic. 7
14 Sergey Kotov - another small patrol ship. Sunk or likely sunk.
15 Askold - small corvette. Damaged, not sunk, sat pic in dry dock receiving repairs. Pic. 8
16 Ivanovets - sunk, small corvette.
17 Ivan Khurs - small Intel gathering ship. Sat pic in dock after claimed sinking with no visible signs of damage. Pic. 9
18 Spasatel Vasily Bekh -tug boat, damaged, not sunk, picture showing it being towed in for repairs. Pic. 10

20 D-144 Landing Craft - small boat, saw a video of one being struck by a Byraktar on snake Island, didn’t see any confirmation of it being sunk
21 D-199 Landing Craft - small boat, can’t find anything directly pointing to this particular craft being hit let alone sunk
22 D-310 - small landing craft/speed boat, evidence of these being destroyed let alone sunk is scant.
23 Rostov-On-Don - submarine, struck while in dry dock in 2023 Pic. 12, Ukrainians once again claiming it was sunk, underwent repairs. Russian media stated dock repairs were completed in 2024, Ukrainians then once again claim it was sunk, no evidence available. Pro-Ukrainians even went so far as to claim the Russians were creating full scale mockups of the submarine to conceal that it was sunk…that was my favorite…after they claimed the sub would never be repaired.
