🇻🇪🧐📞🇺🇸❗️ — Venezuelan opposition sources says that Alberto Vollmer — CEO of Ron Santa Teresa, a rum distiller in Venezuela established in 1796, part of the "Systematic Opposition' in Venezuela — traveled to Washington on September 2 and 3 to propose to the US State Department and congressmen a negotiated transition with the Rodríguez brothers at the helm.

The proposal included:
🪖 It would be in the form of a Civic-Military junta.

🇪🇸 The proposal includes assistance from former Spanish Prime-Minister José Luis Zapatero.

🕊 Vollmer presents himself as an intermediary between the CIA and moderate elements within the Maduro Regime.

However, the US Government, despite listening to Vollmer's proposal, dismissed the proposal.

🔥 The Chavista Military leadership, the only thing keeping Maduro afloat, was not informed. They were not taken into account. According to such reports, they only found out about such a meeting today due to internal leakings within the ruling PSUV party, and there were strong tensions.

📝 This comes after weeks of Maduro accusing elements within the Chavista Regime of conspiring against him

Government of Venezuela has denounced that the USS Jason Dunham (DDG-109) destroyer of the United States Navy intercepted a Venezuelan fishing boat in the country's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).

According to Foreign Minister Yván Gil, the US ship boarded the vessel with nine crew members "in a hostile manner" 48 nautical miles from La Blanquilla island, occupying it for eight hours.

Gil detailed that 18 personnel with long guns were deployed and prevented communication from the fishermen.

The crew of the vessel, which was carrying out authorized tuna fishing operations, was described as "humble fishermen" by the foreign minister, who condemned the incident as an act of aggression in sovereign waters.

🇺🇸🇻🇪 Marco Rubio prepares the largest military offensive by the U.S. government, according to NYT: “The target is Venezuela”

A report from the prestigious U.S. media outlet, The New York Times, indicates that Secretary of State Marco Rubio is “preparing what could be the most significant military actions of President Trump's second term” and that “the target is Venezuela,” according to the official.

This is part of the government's initiatives to combat drug trafficking and the influx of illicit drugs that have been entering the North American country for decades.

In response to the situation, Rubio stated that “interception no longer works” and that “what will stop them is blowing them up. The President of the United States is going to wage war against narcoterrorist organizations.”

At the same time, the United States has increased pressure against the dictator of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, whom Marco Rubio has labeled as a “fugitive from U.S. justice.”
