Plane with more than 100 migrants stranded on the Chilean border left for Venezuela:
A plane with a total of 115 Venezuelan migrants stranded for weeks on the Chilean border with Peru left this Sunday for Venezuela.
The Chilean Foreign Ministry explained in a statement that the people "boarded the flight in complete normality, previously complying with the requirements established by the Consulate of Venezuela in Chile, in coordination with the relevant national authorities, and in accordance with Chilean legislation and regulations, from the perspective of human rights".
The flight was made with a private airline and not with the Venezuelan public Conviasa, sanctioned by the United States, and left for Caracas from the border city of Arica, 2,000 kilometers from Santiago.
"Diplomatic efforts will continue with the aim of concluding future repatriation flights from different points in Chile," the Chilean ministry said

Venezuela signs agreement with ENI and Repsol to export natural gas
The deal comes after years of talks. ENI and Repsol's interest in condensates is due to the fact that this by-product forms part of the natural gas production operation at Cardón IV.
That project has increased its production to 500 million cubic feet of natural gas (about 14 million cubic meters) per day in 2023, which is 31% more than in 2019, according to Bloomberg.

🇺🇸⚡️ - The Allen shooter's mugshot has been released.
— "The gunman who opened fire on an outlet mall in this Dallas suburb Saturday, killing at least eight people, was a man in his early 30s who may have had white supremacist or neo-Nazi beliefs, people familiar with the investigation said Sunday.
Mauricio Garcia had multiple weapons on him and in his nearby car, said people familiar with the investigation who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the ongoing probe.
Authorities have not released a motive, but a patch on his chest said “RWDS,” an acronym that stands for Right Wing Death Squad, according to people familiar with the investigation. The phrase is popular among right wing extremists, neo-Nazis and white supremacists, they said. In addition to the weapons found on his body, investigators found another five guns inside his car nearby, these people said."
