Placed flat earphones on either side of glass jar, leaning against it.

Placed glass jar of water (imprinted with sound frequencies) on top of laptop display.

Placed my wrist on the glass jar, exposing the cephalic vein, radial and ulnar arteries, and other blood vessels to the pulsing blue light.
