I did my very first 20 minute session of blood ozonation + pulsed blue light irradiation.

Only items needed:
1. Laptop (tablet, phone, or any computing device that displays a color image)

2. A glass container of clean water (preferably, use previously boiled water to erase all existing frequencies).

What I did:
Filled glass jar with previously boiled water.

Placed flat earphones on either side of glass jar, leaning against it.

Played Ozone track to the glass jar of water for at least 2 minutes.

Shook ("succussed") the water at least 50 times.

Played Oxidation Therapy track to the glass jar of water for at least 2 minutes.

Shook ("succussed") the water at least 50 times.

Started playing the pulsed blue light file on laptop.

Placed glass jar of water (imprinted with sound frequencies) on top of laptop display.

Placed my wrist on the glass jar, exposing the cephalic vein, radial and ulnar arteries, and other blood vessels to the pulsing blue light.

Kept this position for 20 minutes and then stopped the session.
