Role Overview
We are hiring one experienced Full-Stack Engineer to take real ownership of product development across our mobile app, web dashboard, and backend services. This is a core engineering role in an early-stage startup. You will ship fast, make architectural decisions, and directly shape the product.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain features across mobile, web, and backend systems.
- Develop and improve document parsing and data extraction pipelines.
- Implement APIs, integrations, and data enrichment services.
- Improve performance, accuracy, and reliability of the system.
- Collaborate closely with product and design to ship production-ready features.

Tech Stack

- Mobile: React Native + Expo (TypeScript)
- Web: Next.js 16, Tailwind CSS, Zod
- Backend: Python (FastAPI), pdfplumber, PyMuPDF, OpenAI API
- Database/Auth: Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage)
- Infra: Render

Requirements

- Strong React Native + TypeScript experience.
- Strong Python backend experience (FastAPI preferred).
- Experience with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership.
- Startup mindset: fast execution, adaptability, accountability.

Work Type

- Full-time preferred (40 hrs/week), part-time possible (20 hrs/week).
