Dear Members,

As we step into a new year, we do so carrying a lot of lived experience with us. The past years haven’t been easy - and no one here needs that dressed up or softened. But they have shaped us. They’ve taught us perseverance, discernment, and the quiet strength that comes from continuing to do what is right, even when it costs something.

This year isn’t about fear or empty promises. It’s about continuing the work set before us. About running the race with endurance, even when the road is steep and the opposition is real. We’re reminded that hardship is not a sign to stop - it’s often a sign to keep going, with our eyes fixed firmly on the goal.

We don’t do this for recognition or applause. We do it to bring honour and glory to our Father in heaven, because He alone is worthy of it all. Our reward does not come from this world, but that does not mean we step out of the race - it means we run it with purpose, integrity, and faith.

Every small act of courage matters. Every stand taken in truth matters. Even when it feels unseen, none of it is wasted.

May this year bring renewed strength, clarity, and peace to you and your families. We move forward together, grounded in shared values, enduring hope and faith.

📢 IMPORTANT: How to Lodge Complaints About Digital ID and Forced Biometrics

In South Africa, no company or institution may force you to use digital identification systems or biometric verification. Biometric data — fingerprints, facial scans, voiceprints, anything of that nature — is voluntary, protected under POPIA, and can only be taken with your explicit, informed consent.

Despite this, some private companies and government institutions are now insisting on digital-only systems and mandatory biometrics. This is unlawful overreach. Alternatives must always be offered, and no organisation can penalise you for refusing digital or biometric enrolment.

If your rights have been ignored, or you have been pressured, coerced, or denied service for not providing biometrics, you can and should file a formal POPIA complaint with the Information Regulator.

Below is the official process to submit your complaint and ensure it is properly logged.

The Information Regulator no longer accepts complaints sent to POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za
All complaints must now be submitted through the Complaints Management System (CMS).

Follow the steps below so your complaint is properly logged and tracked:

1️⃣ Open the CMS Portal: https://eservices.inforegulator.org.za/complaints/default.aspx

2️⃣ Register a User Profile
Create an account before submitting a complaint:
• Click Register
• Enter your details
• Create your login
Then log in.

3️⃣ After Logging In
• Click Service
• Scroll down
• Select POPIA Complaints

4️⃣ Submit Your Complaint
Complete the form:
• Your details
• Organisation/person details
• Denoscription of the issue
• Upload supporting documents
Click Submit.

5️⃣ All Future Communication Will Be Through the CMS
Do not send follow-up emails.
Use the CMS for updates, responses, uploads, and tracking.

6️⃣ Need Help? https://eservices.inforegulator.org.za/isupport/default.aspx

🟦 MINI FAQ: Your Rights on Digital ID & Biometrics

1️⃣ Can a company force me to use a digital ID system?
No. Alternatives must always be available.

2️⃣ Can they require fingerprints or facial scans?
No. Biometrics are voluntary. POPIA treats it as special personal info requiring explicit, informed consent.

3️⃣ What if they say “everyone must do it”?
That is false and unlawful. No organisation can make biometrics mandatory for everyone.

4️⃣ What counts as forced/coerced consent?
• “Give biometrics or we can’t help you.”
• No alternative offered.
• Threats of account closure or service interruption.
• Telling you “no choice” or “must comply.”

All violate POPIA.

5️⃣ Can they deny services if I refuse biometrics?
No. Lawful alternatives must be provided.

6️⃣ Do systems need to prove they are safe?
Yes. Digital systems must be functional, secure, and alternatives offered before asking consent.

7️⃣ What if a company ignores my rights?
File a POPIA complaint via the CMS.

8️⃣ Does POPIA support my right to refuse?
Yes. You can refuse, withdraw consent, demand alternatives, and take action if rights are violated.

9️⃣ Can I complain against private companies?
Yes. POPIA applies to all organisations handling personal information.

🔟 Will my complaint be taken seriously?
Yes. CMS complaints are tracked, investigated, and can result in fines or enforcement.

Comedy Central

Good morning everyone...let's start this week with some comedy - true South African style... from"Trumpism" to vetting artists, while showing true Antifa/Marxist behaviour. 😆

Side note: The airplane has not passed yet...bit early for shots (drinks)😃

What do you even call a protest against a concert that already took place? Because that is exactly what happened at Kirstenbosch in Cape Town. The activists who tried and failed to stop The Kiffness from performing decided to come back and protest again, even after the show ended and thousands of people enjoyed it without incident.

In this episode, I react to the SABC interview with the Palestine Solidarity Campaign spokesperson, Professor Yusuf Jaga. This is the same man who previously insulted my cameraman while preaching about anti racism and social justice. Now he is back, and somehow everything is still about apartheid, racism, Trumpism, and mysterious “vetting systems” for artists.

We break down the claims one by one. Are South Africans really living through some secret return of apartheid at a botanical garden concert. Is The Kiffness guilty of all the accusations being thrown around. Or is this just another attempt to silence someone because of political opinions on the internet.

I look at the logic, the contradictions, and the complete mental gymnastics on display. From calls to “vet” artists before they are allowed to perform, to wild accusations about Islamophobia and incitement without any proof, to blaming the United States ambassador and the ICJ in the same breath. It becomes pretty clear that these protests are less about justice and more about control.

If an artist does not say what they want, the demand becomes simple. Deplatform. Punish. Ruin the income. Keep them off stage. That is not activism. That is authoritarian thinking wrapped in activist language.

South Africans can disagree. We can debate. We can hold different political opinions. But when the answer is always to shut people down, blacklist them, or try to intimidate venues, it reveals a deeper problem. It shows that some people cannot win the argument, so they try to remove the speaker instead.
(Emphasis added)

Watch the breakdown and decide for yourself. Who looks reasonable. Who looks obsessed. And who is desperately trying to keep a narrative alive long after the crowd has moved on.

Accusation is not proof!

❗️URGENT CALL FOR COMMENT❗️

ANOTHER electricity price discussion? Yes, and this one hits YOUR wallet hard.

The High Court has ordered NERSA to re-calculate the value of Eskom’s assets and ask the public their opinion.

What does this mean in plain English? It means the base cost used to calculate your electricity tariff could increase significantly to cover "depreciation" and "working capital."

We are asking the tough questions:

Should you pay higher tariffs to fund aging and unreliable power stations?

Can you afford to cover Eskom’s construction costs and cash flow issues?

Is the valuation of these assets fair given the load shedding we’ve endured?

Don't just accept the outcome. NERSA is asking for comment now.

SAY GOODBYE TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN DRIVING LICENCE CARD AS YOU KNOW IT

South Africa is preparing to replace the current driving licence card with a digital version tied to national ID documents.

The outdated card printer, in use since 1998, repeatedly breaks down and was replaced by an agreement with the Government Printing Works for an interim solution. Transport Minister Barbara Creecy highlighted the need for IT integration and Cabinet approval before launching the new card. In the long term, the government plans to implement fully digital IDs, with a prototype already demonstrated via the MyMzansi platform. Concerns remain about readiness among both citizens and law enforcement for a full digital shift.

This is how freedom ends — rights become permissions.
CitizenGO is mobilizing people everywhere to stop it now.

David Icke speaks in London at the Mass Non-Compliance Protest against Digital ID - December 2025.

"When enough people say we are not doing it, we are not having it, we'll see where the power has been all along; it's never been with the few, it's always been with the many. But the many have been manipulated into forgetting that basic fact.

We can bring this down overnight if enough people say we will not do what you demand."

INFORMED CONSENT
As Received

[Start]
🚨 *NEWSFLASH – REAL WIN WITH A PUBLIC SCHOOL (WESTERN CAPE)* 🚨

Guys, I'm am so excited!!

I want to share this because it’s important, and because it worked.
Like many parents, I was recently forced into a digital “general consent” form, for a school excursion, by my son’s public school. The system would not let me proceed unless I clicked consent, with no ability to amend, qualify, or attach conditions (which is something I have always done on paper in the past).

The form required blanket consent for:
• unspecified activities
• unspecified outings
• transport
• and broad liability language

This is where I stopped and pointed out in writing that:

1) Blanket consent is not informed consent
2) Digitisation does not remove a parent’s right to qualify consent
4) Most importantly, the wording was not aligned with *Section 19 of the Western Cape Provincial School Education Act 12 of 1997*, which places liability for school activities with the State, not the parent
4) Parental consent cannot waive or rewrite statute

And here's the key part ...
The school ran my amendments past their legal team!!

And the outcome?
- The school confirmed they reserve their rights
- BUT ALSO confirmed they can accept my amended / conditional consent
- They offered me a hard-copy alternative
- They accepted that any consent I give is conditional, not blanket
- They accepted my loco parentis limits (emergency care only; parental consent required for anything non-emergency, biological, genetic, vaccination-related, etc.)

In short: *the law held*.

I now have a paper trail, written confirmation, and a standing precedent on file.

And this is the important bit for everyone here :
Digitisation does NOT override statute, Administrative convenience is *not* law, You do not lose rights because a checkbox is mandatory!!

Schools know this ... And they rely on parents not pushing back.

I’m happy to share the exact wording / templates I used if anyone wants to replicate this with their own school.

This wasn’t aggressive or confrontational.
It was calm, statute-based, and evidently effective 🤣

If more parents do this - properly - we build momentum.

💥 One parent is “difficult”.
💥 Ten parents are a problem.
💥 Hundreds force change.
[End]

📢 IMPORTANT: How to Lodge Complaints About Digital ID and Forced Biometrics
