In the spirit of transparency, I want to share what really happened with We The Media.
WTM was born after the Twitter purge, trusted anons united by a mission to share truth. Thanks to their ethics and hard work, WTM became a reliable source of news and commentary.
In 2022, an internal op fractured the group. One cofounder was accused of being Mossad, and amid the chaos, the channel ended up in the hands of Jordan Sather. He was trusted to carry the torch and keep WTM together.
What he did was anything but.
Since taking control of WTM, Jordan has quietly, without cause or consent, removed most of the original team from WTM, including the other remaining co-founder Kate, which he had no right to do.
He’s continued to keep the channel for personal gain, while exploiting others' work. Most followers probably don’t realize that nearly all the content on WTM for the past year has come from one person who stepped up to help keep it going, not the diverse team of trusted voices it once was. Jordan has used this person quietly doing all the work to keep the channel alive while the original team was pushed out.
Jordan has been asked multiple times to do the right thing and give the channel back to the team so it can be returned to what it once was. He ignores the requests each time.

ICYMI: Some of the Texas Democrats who left the state in protest of a redistricting bill were temporarily evacuated Wednesday from their Chicago-area hotel after a bomb threat, according to police and lawmakers.
The hotel is in St. Charles, Illinois, west of Chicago. The St. Charles Police Department said first responders arrived at the hotel around 7:15 a.m. They "conducted a thorough search and no device was found," police said.
State Rep. Ann Johnson said in a statement that "a bomb threat forced us to evacuate our hotel" early Wednesday. "Thankfully, no one was harmed," she added.
The House Democratic caucus confirmed that a threat had been made, as did Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker. Pritzker said in a statement that "threats of violence will be investigated and those responsible will be held accountable" and that he had instructed Illinois state police to investigate.

Covington & Burling, the white shoe law firm where former attorney general Eric Holder serves as senior counsel and has conducted exorbitantly priced diversity audits for corporate clients, is facing accusations of racism from one of its former associates.
Paul Bryant, a West Point graduate, Columbia Law School alumnus, and self-described "Black, Neurodivergent former 5th year" Covington associate, detailed the claims in a series of colorful LinkedIn posts. He alleges that a Covington partner, Kyle Rabe, "called me a 'n—r' after I defended myself and my reputation in response to him trying to pressure me to quit."
Rabe did so, Bryant says, at the urging of "Covington's management" after Bryant told another partner that he "would not write SEC disclosures in support of anti-minority and anti-women based initiatives." Bryant says he "almost went away silently" after Covington offered to give him "resume writing services" as part of a settlement.

NEW: A U.S. Army soldier in Texas with a top security clearance has been charged with handing over sensitive information about the military's main battle tank in exchange for Russian citizenship.
Taylor Adam Lee, 22, was arrested Wednesday on charges of attempted transmission of national defense information to a foreign adversary and attempted export of controlled technical data without a license.
Federal prosecutors said Lee attempted to hand over information to someone he believed to be a Russian intelligence officer in exchange for Russian citizenship.
Lee was stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso where he held a Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance, the Justice Department said.
In June, he allegedly transmitted information regarding the M1A2 Abrams tank online and offered assistance to Russia, stating, "the USA is not happy with me for trying to expose their weaknesses."
