Okay so Oil represents a potential in productivity because Oil is required to generate energy in our society which is utilized to fuel productivity. Simple example would be going to the grocery store to buy fresh produce and the price you pay isn’t actually the food itself. You are paying for the energy required for irrigation, the gas/electricity/rent etc.. of the workers, and the fuel & energy required to transport, store, and display the produce at a local store-front.

So tying the dollar to oil worked well because oil and other means of energy generation are at the foundation of productivity. But still you have a currency bound to the potential volatility of an underlying commodity and that particular commodity had its price/value determined by OPEC. Now in present day we see rearrangement of regional alliances overseas, BRIC nations, a de-coupling of USD from trade in oil. We see indications of a international transition to nuclear energy and pipelines blowing up … so now not just currency but more so the relative cost of commodities in USD is inflating still but, almost in tandem and in anticipation, we also see an underlying shift occurring in the ledger and ISO Protocol. The Treasury/Fed relationship shift, SWIFT is being replaced, and talk of a “digital currency” etc…

But currency has always just been numbers on a screen… suddenly deciding to call it “digital” is a bit silly. More so, there seems to be a push in various states to limit the use of “physical” currency/notes and instead do the SMART City/ IPhone/ RFI Tag approach which is honestly just zany and ridiculous to me.. I don’t really see the purpose other than more tight-knit control over a condensed population

But point is, they seem to be decoupling the dollar from oil as well now… soon it would seem that the dollar will be based on nothing other than the national annual budget, GDP, and Trust in the transparency and accountability of the underlying Ledger. So regardless, the same rhythmic back and forth of inflationary/ deflationary cycles, interest rates, “national debt” etc… will still be applicable and everything will still be tracked and recorded and value determined by a centralized market(the government)

However; if there were to be a fundamental shift in underlying energy production and suddenly electricity became a cheap and widely accessible utility then assumably we would see a decrease in cost of living across the board. And if that underlying energy production wasn’t based on some centralized organization such as OPEC determining its value and was instead a decentralized system, then there would be a much more limited set of way to manipulate our economic engine.

But why should anyone be Proud of the inherent act of “being” ? You can be amazed by it, perplexed, confused, accepting, appreciated, or dismayed etc… but to be Proud by merely existing?

You should be mutually respected… but there is no room for Pride and particularly not as a Right.

No one is owed anything in this life… not even Respect but in the nature of Civility at least general respect should be offered.

When someone says “I’m proud of you” they aren’t addressing “you” as a simple being that exists and lives and breathes, they are speaking to your Soul and Will and what that has accomplished and expressed through experience and effort.

I think we should never be proud of what we are… Pride is reserved for the Efforts … for the loss and pain and failures that come with getting anywhere in life. An even then it should only be a momentary state of self-Appreciation as one reflects upon their efforts. Pride is not an inherent concept and is not given away freely like some cheap commodity nor can it even be owned or held onto for any significant length of time.

For there to even be the advertisement of Pride as an inherent quality of being, seems to me, to be an unhealthy distortion.

It’s such an example of “toxic positivity” like “oh yeah, everyone should be able to feel proud of who they are and accepted and.. “ blah blah blah….

So the biblical concept of “Fear Not” and the general philosophical concept of being Mindful rather than Ignorant/Mindless are Keys which grant access to the Armor -being the the perceptional/ conscious/ spiritual state of an individual that acts as a defense against forces which would seek to possess you and make you into a tool to be used by others.

And then finally, a remaining ingredient would be the Sense of Appreciation that we modern human beings often lose touch with as the conditions of societal existence and narratives/ spells erode the security of our Souls making us “in-secure”/ open/ vulnerable
