So I’ve been hunting for a free place to deploy my backend. Render.com looked perfect at first… until I realized the free tier goes to sleep when it’s inactive. Not exactly something you can rely on for a live app.
But then I found a neat workaround.
All you need is a simple /health endpoint and an UptimeRobot.com monitor pinging it every 5 minutes. That tiny check keeps your Render server awake 24/7 — no downtime, no random sleeping, and still completely free.
Basically, a stable backend without paying a cent.
Free deployment secured. ✔️

Me: Let’s be disciplined, brain.
Brain (after 10 minutes): Pfft… consistency is overrated 😅

💪 North Korean hackers got caught live — by fake laptops.
Researchers from BCA LTD, NorthScan, and ANYRUN set a trap for Lazarus Group’s Famous Chollima team.
The hackers thought they were working real remote tech jobs. But the “laptops” were fake — built to watch their actions safely.

And
People stay silent for reasons you may never see. Silence isn’t always ego, and it isn’t always pain. Sometimes a person is tired and talking feels heavy. Sometimes they’re overwhelmed and can’t explain what’s inside. Sometimes they’re lazy to talk, and sometimes they simply prefer quiet over conversation. And yes — sometimes you don’t talk at all, not because you can’t, not because you’re struggling, but simply because you *don’t want to*. It’s that simple. Silence can come from peace, exhaustion, healing, confusion, or even ego. That’s why you should never judge a quiet person — silence carries many meanings, and not all of them are visible.
