JUST IN💥: House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., on Monday issued a subpoena to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein's estate as part of an investigation into potential mismanagement by the federal government looking into Epstein and his associate, Ghislaine Maxwell.
“It is our understanding that the Estate of Jeffrey Epstein is in custody and control of documents that may further the Committee’s investigation and legislative goals," Comer said in a press release. "Further, it is our understanding the Estate is ready and willing to provide these documents to the Committee pursuant to a subpoena."
Comer requested the delivery of the documents before or by Sept. 8.

NBC News: President Donald Trump on Monday said he would target former President Joe Biden's circle, calling them "evil people."
"There were some brilliant people," Trump said, referring to Biden's allies in his White House. "But they’re evil people, and they’re going to be brought down. They have to be brought down 'cause they really hurt our country."
Trump's threat to have his political opponent's allies "brought down" marks his latest move to potentially target political adversaries in a pattern that has alarmed critics who paint the president as pursuing retribution and say he is weaponizing the Justice Department — a claim the president has made about the Biden administration.
Biden's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

NEW❗️: Trump Media and Technology Group announced Monday it has struck a strategic partnership with Crypto.com, integrating the Cronos (CRO) cryptocurrency across its Truth Social and Truth+ platforms. The deal expands Trump Media's crypto footprint and validates the Cronos blockchain's potential.
Under the agreement, Trump Media will launch a rewards system letting users convert earned "gems" from platform activities into CRO tokens via Crypto.com's digital wallet. Users can pay for subnoscriptions with CRO balances, while Crypto.com account holders get free or discounted Truth+ subnoscriptions. The companies will co-market Truth+ and the Crypto.com wallet.
Financially, Trump Media buys $105 million in CRO (about 685 million tokens, 2% of market cap), and Crypto.com invests $50 million in Trump Media stock—both with lockups. Trump Media will stake its CRO through Crypto.com custody for extra revenue.

JUST IN🔥 : Senior Trump adviser Dan Scavino is taking over as director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office — an influential role charged with staffing the administration, Axios has learned.
Scavino is Trump's longest-serving aide, having worked for the president since 2015, when Trump rode down an escalator in New York's Trump Tower and announced his first White House bid.
Scavino succeeds Sergio Gor, whom Trump is nominating to be ambassador to India.
"Dan Scavino is one of President Trump's most trusted and longest serving advisers. There is nobody better to ensure the the President's administration is staffed with the most qualified, competent, and America First-driven workers," White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told Axios.
"There is much still to be done and Dan's leadership will ensure the highest quality, most dedicated workforce ever," she added.
He was director of social media during Trump's first campaign, a role he also held during the first Trump White House. Among other things, Scavino ran Trump's Twitter account.
He was one of the few aides to remain by Trump's side after the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the U.S. Capitol, and he worked on Trump's 2024 campaign.

We had a very dark cloud over the world. That was a very, very bad thing that came out of Wuhan, which I said it came out of Wuhan, that’s where it came from. And China suffered greatly, but everybody did. But we did a good job with that.
