"It was certainly not Myron's goal to achieve a realism that vies with nature."
Goethe's essay on Myron's Cow. How does one interpret a lost work? The poetic epigrammes so often failed at this. That nature is drawn to it is not enough, the artist had loftier expectations – just as his depictions of athletes were dedications to Zeus the realist nature serves other subjects than base movements, expressions; the cow's lowing which is hardly distinguishable except to the ear of the herder or the calf.
Then too the poet's voice is distinguished from the hand of the sculptor.

Carl Schmitt noted the various “deficiencies and mistakes” which had led to the crisis of parliamentary democracy a century ago: "the dominance of parties, their unprofessional politics of personalities, "the government of amateurs," continuing governmental crises, the purposelessness and banality of parliamentary debate, the declining standard of parliamentary customs, the destructive methods of parliamentary obstruction, the misuse of parliamentary immunities and privileges by a radical opposition which is contemptuous of parliamentarism itself, the undignified daily order of business, the poor attendance in the House."
"Human beings are biologically and culturally diverse, and this diversity is worth preserving. Ethnonationalism is the best way of preserving such diversity and promoting peace among nations."

Most European nations are not really plagued by older "girlboss" women with too much power - this is where BAPists and pseudo-Nietzscheans go wrong. Rather it is clear that the issue lies with a combination of older European men who resemble out-of-touch Soviet bureaucrats from the late 80s, and young immigrant women from Africa, or more rarely the Near East, who act out of disillusionment with the vanity projects (multiculturalism, etc.) which the former sells them through various NGOs and Foreign Aid schemes ("come to Britain where you won't be raped by the HIV shaman"). A disillusionment which often becomes outright hostile opportunism on, at this point, an industrial scale.

If I have to read one more completely serious "Trump is literally Caesar" comment anywhere, I'm going to have to write a book whose sole purpose is to burn Spengler's legacy to the ground so thoroughly that one is reminded of a Carthage or a Troy. The world has proved itself unworthy. And that is the least of the heresies so omnipresent in the current climate of wanton intellectual decay. What they are now doing to Schmitt is the kind of profanity that makes even The Old Man Downstairs blush.

Our predictions have turned out entirely correct, Trump is hated and revered precisely because he perfects the anti-political.

Anti-America
I've only ever seen very talented or uniquely intelligent/creative Americans not exhibit this dark aura, this gloominess of outlook and dimness of soul. They are excited by violence, brutal by disposition, inelegant, ignoble; insects: hard yet flexible and soft on the inside.
Their heroes are all Cossacks, and those familiar with the history of that culture will understand; Americans are an enforcer race.

Jünger
What is your response to Jünger's essay on the Jewish Question?
"I noticed a few years ago a number of authors on works of heroism such as Ernst Jünger and Peter Kemp being republished and aggressively promoted. The same accounts that were promoting these works were hyping up all things hypermasculine as well, like the book Bronze Age Mindset. Yet, everything these accounts were promoting were devoid of the most important facts about race, Jewish power, and capitalism. In fact, many of these accounts were also promoting Christianity."

"As nihilism progresses, Catholicism tends towards decay, Protestantism towards mummification." ~ Ernst Jünger
This is ultimately the danger of Catholicism ‘winning externally’ through Protestant conversions and politicization.

"Léon Bloy's effect on Ernst Jünger presents an extraordinary problem. For Jünger could only approach Bloy, the ‘pariah’ with his wild hatred of Protestants, Prussians, and Germans, by overcoming the most violent disgust. But Léon Bloy's diaries are also prototypical, I could even say constitutive for the 'diary' as a type, because in one fell swoop they leave the romantic-impressionistic soul-searching behind, they place the confusion of 'radiations' and 'reflections' beyond doubt and lend a condition to the aphorism that is otherwise scattered into nothingness."
