Well that means nothing to me, because the atmosphere has changed in its carbon dioxide content from over 20% to now, which is really low in geological time. If we halved it, all plant life would die, and animals would die."

These missiles appeared in service with the RF Armed Forces in 2017. Carriers of «Kinzhal» can be such boards:
✈️ MiG-31K aircraft - can carry one missile.
✈️ Tu-22M - four missiles.
✈️Tu-160 - eight missiles.
✈️ Su-57 is under development.
The characteristics of this formidable weapon are really impressive:
▪️ The speed of the «Kinzhal» is 10-12 Mach numbers. In this case, the rocket can maneuver in flight.
▪️ The range of the missile reaches 3000 km.
▪️ Warhead - 500 kg of TNT. Type of warhead «Kinzhal» - in conventional equipment or nuclear.
▪️ It is impossible for air defense systems to shoot down the «Kinzhal» - the missile rises up 20 km, and then dives sharply at the target.
▪️ Guidance - INS (Inertial Navigation System) with the ability to adjust from the GLONASS system, long-range radar detection aircraft, optical seeker.
