“In the past, Argentina “exchanged hugs” with Venezuela, Cuba and Iran, and now we are doing it with countries that are fighting for their survival,” said the country's Minister of Defense Luis Alfonso Petri.

According to him, Argentina decided to apply to join NATO, purchase F-16 combat aircraft instead of Chinese equipment and provide assistance to Ukraine by sending it weapons.
