Yaneer Bar-Yam is an American scientist in the domain of complex systems. Beginning of April 2020, he wrote a non-peer-reviewed paper noscriptd "Covid-19: how to win" together with his Chinese colleague Chen Shen.
In this paper, they suggested that Covid could be stopped in 5 weeks by...
▪️ separating families and introducing lockdowns
▪️ setting up quarantine camps
▪️ wearing masks
▪️ "testing, testing, testing"
All of their predictions were utterly unscientific. Yaneer is one of the pseudoscientists who needs to be stopped because even though he's been wrong about literally everything (see screenshots), he's still spreading fear and panic via social and mainstream media.
Physics cranks have an illustrious history of embracing crackpottery, unfortunately.

I've been seeing these described as antennas - examples of suppressed technology. They are actually telephone poles. Before engineers learned that twisted pairs reduce coupling between the lines, they had the lines space as far apart as possible, meaning the telephone pole had connections for each telephone subscriber's phone. Here's a clearer example, showing the lines.
