Looking at spike protein IgG antibody levels in my patients:

In the 46 unvaccinated, average level was 865 (3.2 - 7150).

In the 106 vaccinated, average level was 13,183 (335-25,000).

None of these patients had received a shot in the past 3 years nor had recent infection.
