- Psychiatric/“Behavioural Health” centers → Modern asylums. Civil lock-ups. Fast-track confinement. Police escorts. Psychiatric courts. Detention without trial.
- Geospatial mapping → AI traffic cams. Smart lampposts. Citywide sensors. Crowd monitoring. Heat maps. Predictive zoning.
- Biometric policing → Face scans at rail. Retina checks at gates. DNA kits in jails. Voice recognition. Palm scanners. Billions in contracts.
- Surveillance buildout → Drones overhead. ShotSpotter arrays. License plate readers. Cell-site simulators. Fusion center hubs. Predictive alerts.( These are real terms from their 2026 plan)
- The grid links health records, school data, police files, transit logs, and financial trails into one system. It’s all presented as “safety,” but it functions as total monitoring.
