The draft appeal of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to the parliaments of the countries of the world was submitted by the Vice-Speaker of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya and the Duma Committee on International Affairs.
“The Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation calls on the parliaments of countries around the world where US-controlled biological laboratories operate to give a legal and political assessment of the agreements that their national health services enter into with the US Department of Defense,” the text of the appeal reads.
