Microsoft removes FAT32 partition size limit in Windows 11
Microsoft has removed the 32GB FAT32 partition limit, now allowing up to 2TB partitions when formatting via the command line. Windows 11 users will be able to use the format command from a command line prompt to create up to 2TB partitions. However, the GUI-based disk formatting tool still retains the 32GB limit.
The update also introduces the Windows Sandbox Client Preview with new features and optimizations for battery life and diagnostic network tests, available in Insider Preview Build 27686 for Canary Channel users.

Back in January, there were some reports of dual SIM RCS support in Google Messages, but it was eventually pulled. The capability looks to be rolling back out again, with one new report from a Messages beta user on the Nothing Phone 2.
There are two SIM cards “Connected” in RCS setting, while there’s a new “Backup format for sending attachments” setting that says “SMS with a link.” This sounds like the Google Photos video upload feature that was quietly removed last year. A return would be unexpected.

Proton VPN users in Brazil are experiencing issues downloading the app from the iOS App Store, along with multiple other VPNs in the Brazilian App Store. Proton said that the issue is not on their end but likely with Apple's App Store. The issue is either accidental, or Apple is secretly implementing a censorship order.
As a workaround for iOS users, Proton suggests trying the iOS beta version via Testflight, or a manual WireGuard setup can be used to access the VPN servers. Proton VPN apps are still available on all other platforms in Brazil, and other Proton apps like Proton Mail, Drive, and Pass remain unaffected.
