Got a small bottle of this turicum dry gin for free a while ago and it was pretty good, so i wanted to try finding out the recipe

they just put everything on their website, only hiding one sikrit ingredient

should try making a knockoff one of these days, could get everything, though some things seem a tad expensive and id probably have to go get the spruce tips myself in spring
anyone got any fun ideas on what to use in place of the secret ingredients?

On the gin i made; its pretty good, very juniper forward, a bit much even for my taste if i were to drink it as is but its probably fine for a gin and tonic once i get around to getting some tonic

yea gin tonic aint bad for this in a 50/50 mix

had about half a bottle of my gin, not bad

found a pretty neat pdf on making sweet potato (and other types of) shochu yourself

And on that note; set up some rice to ferment to make shochu
