On the gin i made; its pretty good, very juniper forward, a bit much even for my taste if i were to drink it as is but its probably fine for a gin and tonic once i get around to getting some tonic

yea gin tonic aint bad for this in a 50/50 mix

had about half a bottle of my gin, not bad

And on that note; set up some rice to ferment to make shochu

will also be the first time ill be distilling on grain, so i guess ill see how that goes
