1 dead after devastating Oklahoma tornadoes, millions in the Midwest face a strong tornado threat
At least one person has died in Oklahoma as a result of a strong tornado that ripped through small towns, as severe storms moved from the South and into central areas, causing devastation throughout.
Osage County Sheriff Eddie Virden told NBC News that the unidentified person died as a result of a tornado in Barnsdall, a city of close to 1,000 people, which was among some of the storm's worst devastation, on Monday night. According to the National Weather Service, Barnsdall was hit after 10:30 p.m. by a tornado that was estimated at EF-3 strength or higher on the Enhanced Fujita Scale.

According to a Security Service of Ukraine post on Telegram, investigators shut down an alleged planned assassination by two colonels who served in Ukraine's government protection unit and were reportedly recruited by the Russian Federal Security Service.
"The terrorist attack, which was supposed to be a gift to Putin for the inauguration, was indeed a failure of the Russian special services," SBU head Vasyl Maliuk said in a statement, according to Reuters.
Yea, I'm going to press X on that. Russia had about a thousand opportunities to kill him and they didn't. Also "it was supposed to be a gift to Putin for his inauguration" sounds made up. If there was a plot, it was internal, which I think is way more likely. Zelensky isn't exactly popular. "I have three Bishops, three hundred priests, and a large and far-flung organization," Athenagoras wrote. "Every one under my order is under yours. You may command them for any service you require. There will be no questions asked and your directions will be executed faithfully."
I often criticise the Roman Patriarchate and the Bishop of Rome here, but I never spoke about this on the channel, but DAMN have I discussed it in private extensively. People got really upset with me too. They told me it's impossible. I repeatedly said that the Patriarch of Constantinople is a CIA asset. This article feels so vindicating.

Many look to Bartholomew for leadership, but they are not directly under his authority. It is also worth noting that a large majority of Orthodox Christians around the world belong to the Russian Orthodox tradition. These churches do not look to Bartholomew for leadership in any meaningful way. Some, like the Patriarchate of Moscow, are in schism with Constantinople.
Neither is it a coincidence that Bartholomew took the side of NATO when Russia's military operation started. It wasn't because he just "really opposes war, bro. " It's because he's in CIA's pockets, one way or another.

As far as fraud goes, $100,000 is kind of small potatoes when you consider the fact that the city wastes hundreds of millions of dollars on this issue.

EU to agree 14th package of anti-Russia sanctions by July
The package will target 52 more companies from Russia and other countries suspected of shipping banned goods to Moscow. Banned goods particularly include drone components.
Moreover, the new package of sanctions proposes an EU27-wide prohibition on Russian funding for "European political parties and European political foundations," "non-governmental organizations," and "media service providers," The draft new sanctions also prohibit EU ports from handling Russian liquid gas shipments to non-EU states, ban ships from EU ports that aid Russia sanctions circumvention, as well as tighten existing EU restrictions on Russian aviation and on imports of Russian helium and assorted minerals.
The 13 packages were just a trial run, you guys. The 14th package will destroy Putin's economy! No, not our economy, Russia's! What? It is destroying our economy? Impossible! Sanctions, I say!

How did it come to pass that in March, Niger's new leadership terminated the security agreement with the US, declaring as unwelcome the presence of 1,000 American troops?
