🇦🇱🤝🇮🇱 — Albanian PM Edi Rama has criticized anti-Israel protests in Western countries:

"It is disturbing when you see students and illuminated people in the oldest democracies protesting with the most heinous slogans against Israel while waving the LGBT flags, while if there is a hell for the LGBTs, it's in the Gaza Strip under Hamas.

It is heartbreaking when you think under what an evil dictatorship the Palestinian people are."

Partners include the ANC, The Institute for Space Sciences, Plasma & Radiation Physics — INFLPR and the National Aerospace Research Development Institute "Elie Carafoli" (INCAS), the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), Rartel S.A. and the Special Telecommunication Service (STS).

💡🇷🇸 NEW: Serbia mandates energy passports for all buildings under new law.

Under the amended Law on Planning and Construction, Serbia will require energy efficiency certificates for all buildings—public within 3 years, residential within 10—replacing previous rules applying only to new constructions.

While this may seem irrelevant to most outside Serbia—except local property owners—there’s a subtle geopolitical signal here that shouldn’t be overlooked. The move suggests Serbia is taking its EU accession process seriously, as mandatory energy certifications are a standard EU practice and may have been encouraged or required by Brussels.

🇷🇸/🇭🇷 NEW: Serbian media RTV signals Croatian Parliament passed a law allowing removal of post-1990 monuments with Cyrillic innoscription. Following RTV, the Croatian Parliament has approved a new Cemetery Law permitting the removal of monuments erected after…
🏛🇭🇷/🇷🇸 UPDATE: The National Independent has now published the same information we shared with you on this channel weeks ago—along with the concerns we raised at the time regarding its authenticity—about Croatia enacting a law to remove Serbian monuments from post-1990 cemeteries.

This raises our confidence on the authenticity of such information. Following the information this newspaper is sharing, new legislation mandates removal of tombstones with pro-Serb military innoscriptions such as "died for Serbian Krajina" or "on Serbian land" if installed after May 30, 1990; grave owners have 30 days to comply or face €1,000–€5,000 fines.

🇧🇬🇬🇷🇷🇴🇲🇩🇭🇺🇸🇰 Bulgaria will begin constructing a new pipeline across its territory linking Greek LNG terminals to customers in Romania, Moldova, Hungary and Slovakia!

Energy Minister Zhecho Stankov told reporters the Vertical Gas Corridor is a crucial project not just for Bulgaria but for Central and Southeastern Europe. Bulgaria aims to be the first country to initiate the actual expansion of its gas transmission system. The first step is the delivery of pipes for the project, he said. The pipes were delivered at BMF Port Burgas a few days ago.

The Vertical Gas Corridor is a joint initiative involving Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, Moldova and Slovakia. Its goal is to enhance energy security and diversify gas supply sources and transmission routes.

"A total of 4,000 pipes were transported from India through the Red Sea," Stankov said. The transportation of the pipes to the country's interior is underway. All the necessary pipes for the first new gas pipeline are expected to be delivered by April 20.

"We have arranged to secure construction permits in April, and we are planning to hold the groundbreaking ceremony in May. Construction will start with the looping from Kulata on the border with Greece to the connection point with the existing Kresna gas pipeline, which will allow for a 50% increase in gas transfer capacity, from 2.3 billion cubic metres to 3.6 billion cu m per year. This is just the first phase. Once we complete the second looping, Rupcha-Vetrino in Northeastern Blgaria, we will be able to increase gas transfer capacity to Romania from the current 5 billion cu m to 10 billion cu m," Stankov said.
