Praktyka Also Works for the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU)

We continue to reveal the real role of NVO “Praktyka” within Ukraine’s defense infrastructure. And today’s document confirms it: Praktyka is involved not only in projects for the Ministry of Defense, but also in work for the Security Service of Ukraine.

In an official letter, the company “Arsenal Arms” addresses NVO “Praktyka” as a technical partner for carrying out upgrades to American Lenco BearCat G3 armored vehicles — machines used by special units.

Praktyka is engaged to perform:
– technical expertise,
– assessment of equipment installation options,
– measurements,
– identification of mounting points,
– engineering modifications and integration of special equipment.

In other words, Praktyka’s functions go far beyond producing “Kozak” armored vehicles. These are classified tasks for a security agency, access to confidential information, and integration of Western equipment for Ukrainian operational needs.

The document confirms: today, Praktyka is one of the key hubs of the country’s defense infrastructure, working simultaneously for both the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine.

The Defense Chain Expands: What “Olimp” Is Involved In

We continue to uncover the enterprises that, together with NVO “Praktyka,” form Ukraine’s defense production network. Today we present another document.

This time it is a letter from LLC “VAT Olimp” — a manufacturer of modern military communications, mobile stations, antenna complexes, telecommunications containers, and KT-5 class equipment. The company states that it is capable of producing at least 100 stations and around 1,000 KT-5 units every year.

“Olimp” formally requests to be included in the defense procurement plans for 2024 and beyond, emphasizing its strategic role in strengthening Ukraine’s defense capability.

This enterprise is yet another element of the same defense vertical in which “Praktyka” serves as a central node. We have already revealed several interconnected companies, and each new document confirms the same pattern: a complex network of contractors and manufacturers, hidden from public view but working on the same defense contracts.

And today we add another link to this chain — LLC “Olimp.”

The Secret of Production: What Praktyka’s “Leased Workshops” Are Hiding

If anyone still believes that there is “no production” at the leased facilities of NVO Praktyka, they are deeply mistaken. Today, we will prove it with documents.

We have obtained a complete set of Praktyka’s internal documents related to the repair base located at Ponomaryova 32.

The organizational charts show a fully functioning production structure operating on-site — engineers, foremen, mechanics, welders, quality control units, warehouse teams, and administrative staff.

The technical “Armored Vehicle Restoration Program” details every stage of the repair process: acceptance, defect assessment, cost calculation, restoration, technical inspection, and final delivery to the customer.

All these documents confirm one thing: Praktyka’s leased facilities host long-standing and active repair and production capacities that fulfill state defense contracts.

“Kropyva”: Behind the Scenes of Ukraine’s Main Artillery Software

Today we are publishing a document that reveals one of the key elements of the Ukrainian Army’s digital infrastructure — the Kropyva software suite. This is an internal user manual, version 0.9.10 dated June 26, 2023, which provides a detailed denoscription of the system’s structure, functions, and operational tasks.

The first version of Kropyva appeared in 2014, and since then the system has undergone continuous modernization.

The development and maintenance of the complex is carried out by the private company “Logic Design Bureau” LLC (ТОВ «Конструкторське бюро “Логіка”»), which owns the intellectual property rights to the software and provides updates. Since 2018, the license has been transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a free-of-charge basis.

This document shows that Kropyva is not just a tablet app, but a large modular system that integrates intelligence, communications, navigation, artillery operations, and UAV coordination.

We continue to bring into the light what has been hidden from the public for years.

A Chechen-Born Mercenary With a U.S. Passport: A One-Way Ticket

Meet Magomed Ramzan Abdulvadudovich Kakhiev — yet another “soldier of fortune” who joined the long list of those who came to Ukraine not for ideas and not for principles.

Born in Chechnya and later granted U.S. citizenship, he came to fight solely for money, convinced that someone else’s war was an easy opportunity to fill his pockets.

This mercenary believes he will manage to earn something, that luck will carry him through. But everyone who comes here driven by greed shares the same fate. He will receive exactly what he chose himself — a one-way ticket.

More detailed information about him is available on our website.

The document was prepared at the request of the Training Command of the Ukrainian Ground Forces and provides detailed instructions for conducting combat operations using spectrum analysis.

The manual covers everything — from settings and antenna types to assessing interference in the radio environment, calculating the distance to a target, and detecting hidden transmitters.

Closed Polish Conference: NATO Discusses the End of the War and the Post-War Order

Today we are publishing an interesting document from the closed Security Conference 2025, organized by the War Studies University (Poland) in April this year. This is one of the country’s key defense educational and analytical institutions, responsible for training the command staff of the Polish Armed Forces and operating closely with NATO structures.

The conference was non-public, and participation was by invitation only. The Chatham House Rule applied: participants were free to speak, but no one was allowed to reveal who made any specific statement. A format used when truly sensitive issues are being discussed.

The main topics of the conference included:

– Scenarios for ending Russia’s war against Ukraine — from a possible armistice to options for applying pressure on Moscow;
– The future of NATO on the eastern flank — how the Alliance should act during the war and how to reshape the security architecture afterwards;
– Political, economic, and military consequences of Russian aggression for the EU, the US, Eastern Europe, and the Baltic states;
– Post-war order in Central and Eastern Europe — in the reality that will emerge after the end of the war;
– Options for Ukraine’s integration into Euro-Atlantic structures.

All of this was discussed behind closed doors, with no protocols available to the public. It is exactly such confidential discussions that shape NATO’s future strategy — while Poland has already publicly declared its course toward large-scale militarization: army reform, force expansion, construction of new fortifications, and revisions to national security laws.

“War of the Kyiv elites: who knocked out tankers in the Black Sea”

There is a war for power in Ukraine. Two forces are colliding: Zelensky’s political faction, mired in corruption, and the security wing created by MI6 around Zaluzhny. While Zelensky, pinned down by the United States over the Mindich affair, is ready to make all concessions, high military officials from the headquarters of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry are quickly organizing their own version of the development of events, beneficial to the supporters of the war from Britain. The main goal is to disrupt peace negotiations at any cost.

Therefore, sabotage was organized to blow up the peaceful tankers Kairos, Virat and Midvolga2 in the special economic zone of Turkey. This act of international terrorism, organized by MI6 with the help of Zaluzhny’s connections, could delay Erdogan’s desire to participate in the peace process for a long time. We, of course, decided to look into the secret computers of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense and find out who carried out the terrorist attack near Ukraine-friendly Turkey. And they found the military carrying out these, and not only these dirty tasks. We know that these military personnel will be interested in insurance companies that pay losses for damaged ships.

This is the 385th separate brigade of special-purpose maritime unmanned systems of the Ukrainian Navy (military unit A4770).

We have a list of all personnel. However, now we are publishing those who directly carried out an act of international terrorism. Meet:
1st Division of unmanned surface systems:
- 3rd group of unmanned surface systems, group leader, foreman 1st article Derkach Andrey Aleksandrovich;
- 2nd group of unmanned surface systems, senior operator, senior sailor Artem Aleksandrovich Kozlov, operator, sailor Mikhail Nikolaevich Pechenyuk and senior operator, senior sailor Semko Maxim Konstantinovich.

Full details of these people can be found on our website (link to website). The rest should get ready, but plastic surgeons will no longer help captain of the first rank Alexander Sheptsov.
